**What do you like best about Confience?**

AI generated meeting notes are a lifesaver for everyone. We no longer need to take notes while trying to talk. It can capture action items, decisions, and even followup items, so that I can listen without typing. It's surprisingly accurate, even when accented or with background noise, which is great for our global team. Plus, I really enjoy the built-in task assignments

**What do you dislike about Confience?**

The mobile application consumes a lot of battery life - if I don't turn off my phone between meetings, it will be dead by lunch. Sometimes, the AI incorrectly identifies the speaker for group calls, particularly when a participant's voice is low, which means I have to go through and edit the transcripts manually.

**What problems is Confience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There was always post meeting chaos: three people would send different recaps, tasks would fall through the cracks, and we used to spend hours trying to figure out what was said. Now, you are all working from the same source of truth – no more: I thought you were handling that- moments.

**What do you like best about Confience?**

I really happy with the automated sample barcode generation and native laboratory instrument integration with Confience. It's been a major game changer for our day-to-day operations. When a sample is registered, the system creates unique checking IDs and bucket labels. As the sample moves through our testing hardware, the analysis data flows automatically into the cloud interface. This setup has made my life incredibly easy by removing the tedious and hands-on data entry that used to slow down our testing turnaround times. Additionally, configuring the platform to fit our specific laboratory workflow and testing protocol was surprisingly smooth because the system is highly configurable out of the box. We didn't have to wait for our internal IT team to write custom code. The setup allowed us to easily map out our routine sampling schedule and establish our compliance reporting layout within the first few weeks of implementation.

**What do you dislike about Confience?**

The client portal and mobile layout feel outdated and rigid. While the core laboratory dashboard works well for our internal technician, the interface our external clients use to check their sample test status and full historical PDF reports looks like a big client key and is not well optimized for smartphones. They really need to update their client portal with a cleaner, more responsive design so customers can easily track their data on the go.

**What do you like best about Confience?**

I like the backward-based sample check feature in Confience, which has made a significant day-to-day difference for our team. Every sample gets a unique barcode at intake, and from that point forward, every movement and test result is automatically tied to the sample. This automated process eliminates the manual matching of samples to paperwork, which used to cause more mix-ups than we'd like to admit. Now, the system provides clear status updates on where every sample is and what's still pending before it can be reported, offering more accurate and efficient sample management.

**What do you dislike about Confience?**

Some improvement that I want to see is the system slowed down noticeably when we run large batch queries across several months of data. For day-to-day work, it is fine. But when we are pulling together quarterly summaries or preparing for client review, it takes a longer period than they should be.

I enjoy how simple the built-in audit trail in Confience. It has changed how we handle inspections. Every action in the system is logged with a timestamp and username, so when an inspector asks for documentation of who handled a sample and when, we can pull it up in seconds. Before using Confience, we were piecing the information together from paper logs and emails, which was often incomplete.

**What do you dislike about Confience?**

What I don't like is the reporting module covers the basics well, but building a custom report layout for specific client deliverable format is more involved than it should be. Some of our clients have their own required report templates, and matching those exactly inside Confience means going back and forth with their support team, rather than something we can do independently. More flexibility in the report reader without needing support involvement would save time.

**What do you like best about Confience?**

I like most how confidence alertes you when one of your consumables goes below the threshold you set. This will give you an opportunity to plan ahead to reorder. I also like that you can digitaly map out each location for storing and freezing supplies rather than using paper. Honestly even though I am late for the bus, I think that confidence has helped us by allowing you to link your inventory with your experiment note.

**What do you dislike about Confience?**

I hate logging into confidence. I personally find the constant 2-step authentification process frustrating as well as being in lab gloved hands and having to go back to my desk to get my phone to log in. I also experience some lag when trying to upload files or copy several cells at one time in the tables of confidence.

**What problems is Confience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Confidence is helping us move away from using paper notebooks and excel files all over the place. Confidence is fixing the lost data issue and the many hours spent searching through freezers looking for reagents because everyone can now search and locate reagent and supplies. Confidence is giving our entire team access to view our protocols and results without having to read through someone's poor handwriting.

**What do you like best about Confience?**

I like the flexibility of Confience, as it allows us to configure the application to fit new needs without needing upgrades or expensive programming changes. I also appreciate the open back-end data structure. The on-premise installs enable us to deeply integrate the system into our ERP ecosystem. We've been able to interface directly with JD Edwards and SAP for data sharing and create Certificates of Analysis through the ERP shipping processes. We also created views for Minitab and other statistical software, which interface with instruments to eliminate manual data entry and share data with control systems.

**What do you dislike about Confience?**

Mostly communication and responsiveness from the vendor. They are going through a transition with new leadership but they need to remain focused on delivering software and responding to customer needs on a predefined timetable.

Confience makes our laboratories more efficient by allowing data collection, interfacing instruments, and understanding workload and turnaround time. It's also auditable, providing customer confidence.

The only negative comment I could give would be that when I've had issues with Sample Master, they could only help up to a certain point and then would bring up customization charges when the issue could not be figured out.

We’ve run into multiple issues with Sample Master, and Confience went above and beyond to help us resolve them.

What I like the most is that myLIMS helps us a lot with traceability and better organizing the workflows in the laboratory. It is an easy-to-use tool, which makes the team adapt quickly. I also highlight that the Confience team has been approachable and professional in their support.

**What do you dislike about Confience?**

What I like least is that the support attention tends to be very bureaucratic. We know that there are more specialized teams that have the ability to resolve certain issues more quickly and effectively, but we are not always allowed to access them directly. This creates a sense of unnecessary barrier, when many times what we need is just a clear guide or specific guidance. Having a more open and direct disposition would be a very positive reflection and would greatly improve the experience for us as customers.

**What do you like best about Confience?**

Its ease of use. It is software that is very comprehensive in terms of the functions that can be performed with it. It is practically possible to integrate everything related to a laboratory, from entering sample data to incorporating inventories of products to be used. The function of integrating email makes it even a software to do it all.

**What do you dislike about Confience?**

That in the filling of data from a spreadsheet, it is not possible to copy and paste massively. It makes it tedious when there are analyses where they cannot be exported from the device to the software automatically and this step has to be done one by one or manually. It would be better if a function could be managed for the use of data massively and not one by one. It would also be good if each user could manage their menu to their liking without changing the configuration of another user, so this could be more customizable and save time for each user according to their needs.

**What problems is Confience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The small number of users available per license.

**What do you like best about Confience?**

I appreciate the user-friendly interface of MyLims, which makes the software easy to use and learn. The ability to control all laboratory data, from chemical analyses to inventory, is essential for maintaining organization. Additionally, the exceptional partnership and support I receive from Confiança are valuable, especially in difficult times, ensuring that the focus is on problem-solving. The software also complies with ISO 17025 standards, which is crucial for laboratory operations.

**What do you dislike about Confience?**

I would focus on developing an app that could be used on a mobile phone. This is extremely useful and, for me, it is essential to have this functionality. Furthermore, I think some services could be offered at no cost to the customer.

Allows you to make quotes comfortably, but it has a lot of unexplored potential.

**What do you dislike about Confience?**

I don't like that it's not possible to edit analyses in bulk like in the "quick edit" section in information. The topic of mass unpublishing could be further enhanced, and in general, everything already available but for modifying many samples at the same time, since larger companies have greater requirements and editing samples one by one takes us a lot of time.

It allows us to send more formal and serious quotes.

**What do you like best about Confience?**

The advantage of being able to have a process flow, in addition to configuring even complex operations within a system, as well as being able to have traceability of laboratory procedures.

**What do you dislike about Confience?**

The system, despite being much easier, the topic would be for the normative example case in Peru, we have to comply with several documents that help with audits, as well as the agenda. I feel that the resource is fine, but why not attach that to the samples, for example: the equipment from planning, checklists, etc. It could improve the experience. Since the frequency of use of these cases is daily, for example.

The case of control charts, for example: it would be good if two results could be evaluated and compared. This would be useful for microbiological, environmental, and hydrobiology cases.

**What problems is Confience solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my experience, one of the main problems we face is the configuration of methods in MyLIMS, especially when they require specific calculations (RPD, Horwitz, averages, etc.) that do not always align with the standards, leading to inconsistencies and reprocessing. There are also challenges in adequately reflecting duplicates, blanks, and commercial sample results within the workflow, as well as in standardizing final reports across areas. Having the support of Confience would benefit me by automating calculations, ensuring traceability at each stage, reducing errors in report issuance, and guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements, thus optimizing efficiency and confidence in the results.
