Very easy to use once a customer has been set up. Simple to just forward the PO over to Conexiom via email without even worrying about it. You also get the email notifications letting you know if a PO has been processed or if there was an issue with it. I also like the fact that if you forget you sent over a PO and try to send it over again, it will not process because it will tell you it is a duplicate PO. I do not have much practice with actually doing much in the actual portal but when I have, it's been very easy to find what you need and there is also the help section that is very thorough. Starting out with a new customer to map. I have not had much practice with the mapping part so I guess that is why I don't understand that part of the process yet. Also, trying to get our system and the Conexiom system to work together at first is a little difficult but that is why we have our IT department to look into any issues that may cause the system not to read the files.
