"Full-Featured Modules That Shine Together"

What do you like best about Tandem?

Tandem's multiple modules are full featured on their own, but they really shine when you have more than one and the polices start to feed into the risk and risk feeds into the business continuity planning and so on. What do you dislike about Tandem?

When you have all of the modules, it can get confusing where certain information or tools can be located since they pull from each other and overlap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tandem solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tandem is our solution for managing our IT and BCP programs. Those go hand in hand with each other and pull from aspects like vendor management and risk management. I've seen tracking those items done without a central solution and cannot recommend this to community banks enough. Managing all the aspects of those systems is still a bear, but that's just due to all of the complexities that need to be tracked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes my job easier!"

What do you like best about Tandem?

It would take an entire additional FTE to do the work the Tandem Policies module does for our organization. The Tandem Policies module allows me to add any new guidance and then see how that affects our policies. It allows me to then see what we have in place and what we still need to do. Without this we would need another FTE to read all the new guidance and determine what applies to our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tandem solving and how is that benefiting you?

Tandem solves the largest problem of aggregating data into one place. Tandem's suite of modules are well suited to a bank's vendor management, incident response, BCP by allowing the different modules to work together using the same data set.
