I especially like the team approach to their services. They provide dashboards that give us a better idea of what our marketing is doing, but additionally, their team walks us through the, not always obvious, connections and influences that one channel has on another. They do this every day across a wide variety of industries and share their insights. I am not a data scientist and just need to know what works and what doesn't. The setup was difficult. We had a lot of data pulling in from a lot of sources. Getting it connected and tracking into the conDati dashboards took a while. The thing I like best about the conDati platform is that it continues to evolve. The company has a strong team and they continue to improve the platform. There isn't anything in particular that I would say I dislike. They are not only a growing company, but they are doing something new. So sometimes it can be a bit of a learning curve to understand how they take your data and paint a picture of your business for you. Their depth of knowledge about how to convert raw data sets into data warehouses and then actionable reports and dashboards is really unique in the marketplace. You can throw them a data feed from any martech platform and they can integrate it into useful visuals. They already understand the difference between just constructing a report and constructing a story so you don't have to go through numerous iterations before you get the inifo you want. Don't dislike anything. Just would like more services based on how to efficiently use the data science and any recommendations or suggestions that can be brought to my attending. ConDati has done a great job incorporating predictive levers to a set of integrated data. So the platform is acting as a DMP with an intelligent layer appended to the data to predict future sales and other key metrics.
