What do you dislike about Concord?
I have been utilizing the premium version of Concord for over a year, during which I have signed numerous documents. My advice based on this experience: I would recommend considering other options.
The software is riddled with glitches. For instance, when sharing a contract with a client, there's a chance that your colleague's email might appear as the client's email. The support team might suggest that this could be due to your colleague forwarding their invitation, which in my case, was not true.
Moreover, if you operate two companies and share a contract, you might encounter a malfunction in the sharing feature, resulting in your contract being visible to your other company.
Another limitation is that you cannot create a new Statement of Work (SOW) from a previously signed one, as signed documents are protected from copying. The workaround involves manually selecting all, copying, and pasting into a new document, which is far from efficient.
When reporting these issues, you're likely to be asked to "book a call if the issue persists," which can be frustrating. Additionally, the software's update cycle is slow, with almost no new features introduced over the past year.
As someone who runs a design agency and has extensive knowledge in product management, I believe these issues reflect a flawed management style within the company, casting doubts on its future prospects.
In light of these experiences, I am considering switching to alternative tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
