It is intuitive to use, and participants quickly get the hang of it. I use it very often in online workshops and also in coaching to visualize topics, make them discussable, and work on them. The content can be creatively implemented and later easily exported and made available in a photo protocol. In addition, numerous pre-made templates are available, which can be quickly inserted and customized. Another advantage is that Conceptboard is GDPR compliant. Ideas for further development are always gladly accepted and passed on by customer support. Some features have found their way into daily use this way. I particularly like that it is operated on German servers and that great importance is attached to data protection. I use it in coaching, training, change workshops, as well as in 1:1 situations to gain a better overview together. The available templates support interactive work and the platform is continuously evolving, making it more and more comfortable and flexible. I also find the collaboration with formats like "9 Spaces" very inspiring. For me, Conceptboard is the most reliable and versatile collaboration tool. **What do you dislike about Conceptboard?** Occasionally, there were instabilities, such as participants briefly being kicked off the board. This could be quickly resolved, but it was disruptive at the moment. It doesn't look that cool out of the box, but it can be customized. This makes conceptboard one of the most powerful tools for wordwide collaboration with partners and clients. **What do you dislike about Conceptboard?** The user interface is not the most modern and could benefit from a fresh touch in the eyes of a designer. But every tool and option can be found quickly, so the UX is still pretty good. Also the currently offered payment option(s) could be extended. Currently, Conceptboard offers Credit Card payment, no Paypal. **What problems is Conceptboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a designer, exchanging design drafts with clients is an exhausting task. Often files are too large for emails or not handy enough in other tools. Conceptboard allows me to upload all my client work onto one canvas, add comments, thoughts and versioning and then invite clients to that board. Clients then can add comments, arrows, likes or dislikes. And this happens all in one place. No more sending files via multiple file transfer platforms, asking for a review. Love it! ### 22. He was using Conceptboard as a whiteboard during our online classes and we were able to access his notes later. Even after the class, we would comment on his notes making the material more interactive **What do you dislike about Conceptboard?** As we were a lot of students, we were not able to get a license for each. I can pay for the service and have students who live anywhere collaborate with me. I have students who live in China, as well as the USA. I live in the USA. I can talk with students using Zoom or Skype, and they can meet me at our whiteboard (the ConceptBoard) to do the work. Conceptboard has revolutionized how I can teach online. If I don't get to brag about how I use Conceptboard in other questions, I'll come back here to explain. **What do you dislike about Conceptboard?** The only thing missing from ConceptBoard is an equation editor. I teach math and science, and doing superscripts (exponents) is incredibly annoying. I have not had a lot of chemistry students use Conceptboard with me yet, but doing the subscripts is going to drive me nuts. I know how to make circles, but I wonder if there is a way to simulate a compass. I figured out how to make circles and copy and paste them so I have many copies of them to use and arrange for geometry. I can't show students how to use a compass, though. I can show them how to find the center of the circle, but when I make a circle, the center is not obvious. **What problems is Conceptboard solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can tutor/teach students in any class I teach. I work for an online school, and because I have a place at Conceptboard to create a space for us to collaborate, I put copies of our curriculum on our whiteboard so I can go over it with students. It lets me annotate on the curriculum that I have taken screenshots of and uploaded. It also enables students to write their answers on the board and show me their work. I see which students are motivated to learn and which ones are just there and want me to spoonfeed them. I love it when I can tell my students who live in China that Conceptboard is not blocked, and yes, they can do this work with me. I can put any copies of our curriculum online without worrying about copyright infringement. The only people who see the curriculum are people who have already paid to use it. I can set up whiteboards once and "clone" them to be used with multiple students. I've put all of the assignments for geometry online so that when I get students who only want to do the assignments, I can make a board for them. They can show their work on the board, and I can see what they do when I grade it. I have figured out how to use circles to make isosceles or equilateral triangles, which is important because my students need to learn how to use the radii of circles to make polygons. I can show them how to do it. Having the grid in the background helps count off blocks so they can "measure" the lengths of the lines. ### 41.
