Conceptboard Reviews & Product Details

We are an architecture firm and we use conceptboard every day. All our drawings, specs, sketches, photos, etc. are being put on a dedicated project board and we review, mark-up, discuss, etc. in real time. It is so easy, user friendly and intuitive. Thanks to the flexible Conceptboard team, new topics can always be introduced. They are usually implemented as time allows. The use itself is intuitive, simple and leaves plenty of scope for creativity and holistic, systemic work. The wide range of features from icons and templates to freehand operation helps to work creatively. I can quickly invite my customers to the board. For me as a consultant, coach and trainer, the distribution of roles and authorizations for the participants is not sophisticated enough. There is a clear need for improvement here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think that compared to other tools, the cost can be a disadvantage, since there are other similar ones at a better price and with similar functionalities. I like the ease of use and the interface the best.

It is also straightforward for guests to join and collaborate, even if they have no account.

Compared to other tools, design and features are sometimes a bit behind.

It doesn't look that cool out of the box, but it can be customized.

I think the tool does make it easy to navigate as one needs to be clicking a button prior to moving around, importing content does not automatically embed you need to use their specific options to do so, and even though I like the building blocks gallery it doesn't make easy to customize. The ability to create great-looking professional displays, using templates or creating your own designs. High res enables great zoom-in potential as well, when sharing detail with colleagues, clients and parnters. Plus the team at Conceptboard are super supportive. The App is available only as a web app. It doesn't offer any apps for mobile devices, or any other operating system, that's a down point, but i believe is easy to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
