It is veryconpatible. Easy to resolve issues. Easy to access information necessary to Best the patient in the fastest way possible. **What do you dislike about Computer-Rx?** Although it is user friendly and easy. I think that it could use some improvements that I think other systems that I have used have incorporated. I have used another system in the past that has had a better amount of shortcuts throughout the program. **Recommendations to others considering Computer-Rx:** Consider what options it does not contain **What problems is Computer-Rx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Not really solving any business problems through WinRX. Only kind of problems that we fix are insurance issues and those are easy to handle with this program. ### 3. Their POS functionality was preferred by our front end **What do you dislike about Computer-Rx?** The fact that it doesn’t so as much as pioneer makes it easier to use, not as much to learn. **What problems is Computer-Rx solving and how is that benefiting you?** I’m not familiar with any business problems we solved when using this software ### 4. I have found their customer support to be unmatched. The program is so user friendly and customizable, which makes it really good. **What do you dislike about Computer-Rx?** There’s not much to dislike. Sometimes I have to search through several menus to find the right button to run a report I want, but I’m just thankful I have the option to even run reports. **What problems is Computer-Rx solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to keep track of our inventory better. It’s much easier to see what is/isn’t being used. We have seen benefits in reducing our processing time. But sometimes can be cluttered which makes it hard to do stuff ### 6. It is easy to follow and learn and is attractive to look at. **What do you dislike about Computer-Rx?** There are a few things I wish we could do on the platform like having two windows open side by side at once. **What problems is Computer-Rx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customer satisfaction. This software may work well in a traditional retail setting. **What do you dislike about Computer-Rx?** This software is not designed for compounding pharmacies, which is what we are using it for. It does not work well with the PCCA lab software and results in slower processes and more errors. **What problems is Computer-Rx solving and how is that benefiting you?** We switched to this software to save money. ### 8. The software is easy to use and understand. It’s pretty simple. Video tutorials would be helpful **What do you dislike about Computer-Rx?** The documentation isn’t completely clear and there seems to be some time lag with the software.
