I like how CPI generates reports for expenses, and can sort through cases based on basically any variable (eg: inventor, application number, who a technology is licensed to, etc) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that payments cannot be separated into listed of "payments entered that have changed" and "new payments to enter." I have to go through everything and double check, and it can be tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about CPi is the endless customizable queries the user can generate. This makes generating reports, dockets, outstanding dates, and cases a breeze! With some basic knowledge the user can tweak just about every variable in their database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The biggest downfall of CPi is the amount of clicks it takes to navigate a matter. With an increase of foreign filings and continuations it can be burdensome to scan through every family member click by click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
