I stepped into a temporary Controller role after our full time controller left.  I was moving over from the FP&A function so I had limited experience entering transactions.  Compudata's support was invaluable in terms of helping me navigate and understand how to properly use the system.  They also helped us build out automated financial reports.

The support team and follow up from it's members to ensure the issue, problem or concern has been resolved.

**What do you dislike about CompuData?**

When adding/deleting a person to the system it must be done  in a specific order otherwise a bill will be generated.

**What problems is CompuData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WIthin the past fiscal year we were having PO and Contract workflow, recording and reporting issues. Kayla and Jane were able to review our PO and Contract modules provide an in depth review and provide the necessary corrections and recommendations. Additionally, they were able to assist with the ICRW modifications to existing reports and suggestions for additional reports.

Compudata provided a great implemention for Intacct. Got us working in a great software and got us away from a less superior product.

The team at Compudata has always been helpful, thoughtful, thorough, and patient.  They have been reliable partners with a clear desire to see our implementation and overall experience go very well.  True professionals!

**What do you dislike about CompuData?**

There is nothing I dislike about Compudata.

**Recommendations to others considering CompuData:**

Not so much advice as a strong recommendation.  They know the product well. They communicate the plan well.  They do what they say they're going to do.

**What problems is CompuData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We recently migrated from Sage 100 to Sage Intacct.  We needed a more modern and flexible platform for our accounting and reporting needs. While still early, we fully expect Intacct to provide many opportunities for faster and more efficient reporting and work flows. We are beginning to see fruit in this area.

**What do you like best about CompuData?**

Their technical support is spectacular! We've been working with them for nearly 2 years now and they have always been available to help us resolve any issues that we have encountered along the way. They have always answered our calls immediately and addressed our concerns in a timely manner. They always follow procedures to make sure that we are completely satisfied with the service they provide to us and have provided us the confidence that we are able to rely on them whenever we need their assistance.

**What do you dislike about CompuData?**

Since they implement a lot of web based solutions, there is occasionally some downtime when they perform software updates or network maintenance. It's nothing too significant though and the downtime is usually fairly brief and only happens once or twice a year at most. We haven't had any problems getting any support questions answered or issues resolved quickly though so I don't have any major complaints in that regard.

**Recommendations to others considering CompuData:**

CompuData has excellent customer service. They provide reliable customer support and their expertise in the field of business technology has allowed us to improve our efficiency in our day to day business operations. So if you are looking to implement new IT solutions into your business then I highly recommend that you reach out to CompuData

**What problems is CompuData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They helped us set up a system to easily manage all of our Sales Processes from quote creation to invoicing and sales reporting. They have also provided us with a Customer Relationship Management tool that helps us keep track of our clients, sales leads, and all the activities that we perform to ensure our relationship with our clients remains strong and their satisfaction with our services is always high.

I'd say reports take a few minutes to process at times.

No major problems. Larger batches of processed invoices lag and processor collapses.

We have been able to improve the hosting of important information and documentation that is now managed in the cloud in a more secure way and thus be able to have a more organized and elaborate productivity.

Your customer service has been very important in clarifying processes that you have kindly helped to solve.

In general, everything is very friendly and they have managed to satisfy the needs that they had and were projected to solve, there is nothing that I dislike

All the information being in the cloud is easier to find and to have safe against possible attacks, everything has been an easier process to achieve with CompuData

**What do you like best about CompuData?**

Our team was great to work with. They were all very responsive. CompuData responded and solved issues with high priority and within reasonable timelines. CompuData was very effective in establishing our Accounts Payable workflows in the most efficient manner. Overall, our implementation went very well.

**What do you dislike about CompuData?**

What makes CompuData great (solving problems) also was a bit of a detriment in that they solved problems on their own.  We weren't always instructed how to solve the problem ourselves. For example, we have an issue with our Accounts Payable rec. CompuData completed the rec for us but we are not familiar with how to obtain the numbers on the rec for some items. Time has been tight and we will circle back to get this information so that we can be self sufficient in this area going forward.

Custom reports also took a bit longer than we had hoped. There was a bit of a disconnect between the sales commitment that reports could be created but the reports ended up being more clumsy than anticipated (i.e. our weekly reports).

**Recommendations to others considering CompuData:**

Our implementation team members were great! Very knowledgeable and great project managers. Reporting is always a stickler in new tools. I would recommend pinning down report specifics early in the process so that 1) the reports are possible and 2) any custom reports are completed within the timeline needed.

**What problems is CompuData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CompuData assisted in our Intacct implementation. We migrated from Sage 100 to Intacct. Intacct is a critical financial tool within our organization.

They provide us with cloud based computing as well as hosting services and end user support.

**What do you like best about CompuData?**

Staff is knowledgeable, polite and well trained. They are always willing to help me out with any project we have and help our company see it through to completion.

**What do you dislike about CompuData?**

Only real downside is after hours support. The call center staff is a little cumbersome to navigate and do not always no the severity of the issue I am calling with. Normally if we are calling after hours it is a major issue.

**Recommendations to others considering CompuData:**

Do not hesitate to look at Compudata for everyday needs. They are a pleasure to do buisness with.

**What problems is CompuData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compudata helps us in many areas of our daily business. Hosting and cloud are only one part, they are an invaluable to our daily operations as they free up our team to focus on other areas and we have the security of knowing that they are watching and monitoring our infrastructure and are quick to swoop in with any issues that arise. Having our data safe and secure and being able to recover it in a matter of hours is amazing.

**What do you like best about CompuData?**

Sandy, Maria Rose, and James were always there to help.  They took the time to walk us thru all of the necessary steps to get the project done.

**What do you dislike about CompuData?**

Nothing.  We could not have been happier with the service that we received.

**What problems is CompuData solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By migrating to Intacct, we can now get a clearer picture of the health of our business.  The reporting and functionality of the program allow us to be more efficient and accurate with our financial data.

Cloud consulting. Our previous cloud consulting firm was substandard, we had many problems on a weekly basis. Our goal w Compudata was to not have any issues.

**What do you like best about CompuData?**

Since we went live w Compudata I think we went 'down' one time for a short period. I've never had a problem logging on to the cloud, we've never had a problem w Outlook.

**What do you dislike about CompuData?**

Compudata is a pricey service. I didn't know until about a month ago that our data on Office 365 was not backed up and  MS takes no responsibility for data storage. If we were to lose our Outlook data it would cause my company serious problems. I brought the issue to Compudata's attention. We are now backing up Outlook but unless I brought the issue to Compudata's attention we would have had this gaping exposure in our data storage.

We used to have many problems w our previous cloud provider. The biggest benefit of Compudata is that we now have very few issues.

Templates to import data are very tedious.  Would have liked to be able to import directly from old system.

CompuData is very professional, timely, and patient.  They are always available when we need assistance.

There is nothing at the moment that I can think of.

CompuData has taken our on-premise server environment and moved us into Citrix, a cloud based server environment.  During the COVID-19 pandemic, the cloud has allowed us to work remotely in ways we couldn't before.  The ability to access our network from all types of devices is a great attribute of the system.

Everything was done in the background with zero disruption from our everday work

Roll out could have been slightly better, but our distance from them made onsite rollout difficult.

Their relationship with Sage was a huge driver in my decision to partner with Compudata and I am pleased with my decision

Better speed and reliability and reduce capital costs now that we are in the cloud.  More secure back ups also.

Nothing. The cloud is up and running without any downtime.

Strong understanding of customer needs and excellent technical skills.

We had problems in a SAAS environment where the software supplier continued to upgrade the software, which caused us to have to review and ensure all customizations were working. CompuData cloud was the solution.

I worked with Jenn and her team from day one on the selection of the best product to solve our challenges as well as in the engagement of CompuData to implement and working with our company on our new Intacct software choice.

**What do you like best about CompuData?**

I never felt that I was pushed by anyone at CompuData to accept something I wasn't happy with.  I never felt like I was working with a sales team but rather a partner in solving my business challenges so that I could best serve those of my clients.

**What do you dislike about CompuData?**

The initial selection and sales process was very well received.  I enjoyed working with them over other software vendors because of their respectful approach.  I have no dislikes to note at this time.

Be open to softare suggestions they bring forward, don't go in close minded.  They are great at finding best fits for your needs.

Compudata is Verus's Partner for Sage Intacct. They have been great at communication and implementation of our new software, always willing to answer our questions about new services we are interested in as we continue to grow.

**What do you like best about CompuData?**

Communication. Jennifer Bowman, our Strategic Account Executive, has been excellent at communicating and answering all our questions. Whenever the board asks the team to look into something new, she has been proactive in informing us about the product or change, etc. Great job.

**What do you dislike about CompuData?**

During the implementation, the team worked to stay on top of the items needed to get our company up and running. We would have just liked a little more from the consultant in terms of different ideas on how to set things up to help us grow in the future.

CompuData has helped us with a variety of issues and upgrades over the past several years.  They have assisted us by customizing our software to fit our current needs.  Examples are setting up custom reports, custom printing and system upgrades.

**What do you like best about CompuData?**

The staff at CompuData is extremely helpful and friendly.  They not only listen to the issues you are having, but ask the appropriate questions so they have all the information needed to make the necessary changes.  They are upfront with the amount of time it should take to complete the task.  I highly recommend CompuData.

**What do you dislike about CompuData?**

Their office does not open until 9am; however, when we send an email to a representative, we generally receive communication within an hour or so.

Implementation, testing and on-going maintenance/support for the cloud for Sage 100 using Citrix.

**What do you like best about CompuData?**

Every time I reach out to Compudata (especially Larry Shafer, Ed and Erika) the response is immediate with the answer to my question or solution to my problem.  I have worked with companies who took several hours to troubleshoot, but the response is quick and concise. 

**What do you dislike about CompuData?**

There is nothing I dislike about the service I received at CompuData. 

**Recommendations to others considering CompuData:**

Don't hesitate to ask questions. The team takes the time to explain and answer questions.  They are approachable, friendly and knowledgeable.

Compudata deleted all of the computer files on my sales managers computer.  Their cloud services are very expensive and they are not allowing me out of a 3 year contract after two years of poor service. I have gotten quotes that are half their costs for Sage Cloud Services.  I would not use them again if they were free.  They have terrible customer service skills.

**What do you like best about CompuData?**

Nothing.  They deleted my sales managers files.

**What do you dislike about CompuData?**

Poor customer service.  Rigid contracts.  Way too expensive.

Compudata continues to be our Sage Intacct partner which provides answers to questions and/or direction to allow us to be more knowledgeable in the system.

**What do you like best about CompuData?**

The people/reps that we have assigned to our partnership (Larry & Jennifer)

**What do you dislike about CompuData?**

Overall customer relationship seems to be lacking, and "cross training" of their staff with our unique relationship does not appear to be evident in case of retirement, leave of absence, etc of our current rep.

Verus needed to set up a new entity within Intaact and this was a seamless process thanks to the help from CompuData, specially Larry.

**What do you like best about CompuData?**

The import feature of JE's, Budgets, and other features that before had to be manually typed in.  Saves valuable time to work on other projects.

**What do you dislike about CompuData?**

Nothing is disliked. New beta will get a few times to get used to.

Keep up the great work!!!!!

**What do you like best about CompuData?**

The prompt response for help with inventory management

**What do you dislike about CompuData?**

They are quite expensive for hourly rates.

They are a good company and very knowledgeable.

CompuData is very responsive when we have any issues.

**What do you dislike about CompuData?**

Sage Intacct has increased their yearly maintenance cost significantly
