Their technical support is spectacular! We've been working with them for nearly 2 years now and they have always been available to help us resolve any issues that we have encountered along the way. They have always answered our calls immediately and addressed our concerns in a timely manner. They always follow procedures to make sure that we are completely satisfied with the service they provide to us and have provided us the confidence that we are able to rely on them whenever we need their assistance. Since they implement a lot of web based solutions, there is occasionally some downtime when they perform software updates or network maintenance. It's nothing too significant though and the downtime is usually fairly brief and only happens once or twice a year at most. We haven't had any problems getting any support questions answered or issues resolved quickly though so I don't have any major complaints in that regard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been able to improve the hosting of important information and documentation that is now managed in the cloud in a more secure way and thus be able to have a more organized and elaborate productivity.

In general, everything is very friendly and they have managed to satisfy the needs that they had and were projected to solve, there is nothing that I dislike Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Our team was great to work with. They were all very responsive. CompuData responded and solved issues with high priority and within reasonable timelines. CompuData was very effective in establishing our Accounts Payable workflows in the most efficient manner. Overall, our implementation went very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What makes CompuData great (solving problems) also was a bit of a detriment in that they solved problems on their own. We weren't always instructed how to solve the problem ourselves. For example, we have an issue with our Accounts Payable rec. CompuData completed the rec for us but we are not familiar with how to obtain the numbers on the rec for some items. Time has been tight and we will circle back to get this information so that we can be self sufficient in this area going forward.
Custom reports also took a bit longer than we had hoped. There was a bit of a disconnect between the sales commitment that reports could be created but the reports ended up being more clumsy than anticipated (i.e. our weekly reports). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
