The platform is far more intuitive than past tools I’ve used, such as Archer or Prevalent. Uploading our organizational data and the overall deployment led by the Complyance team were superior to any platform I’ve worked with previously. The Complyance team is meticulous and genuinely supportive; the way they developed our environment, along with the pace of deployment, meant the entire effort took only a few months from start to finish.

Their ongoing support, regular meetings, and backend services have been unmatched in my 50 years of IT deployments. On top of that, the Complyance team’s friendly, competent approach and diverse skill set helped ensure a smooth migration to this GRC solution.

The features and capabilities, along with the incorporation of AI, are a real selling point. They help support a continuous relationship and reduce the risk of this platform becoming a typical “sunk cost” after a year or two, as I’ve seen happen with other platforms. I like that the platform makes compliance feel manageable. It guides you through the steps, shows you where gaps exist, and makes it obvious what’s already covered. The automation features are especially useful — they save hours of repetitive work and reduce the risk of missing something important. Ease if customizations and flexibility with integrations. Separately, the customer success team and support is amazing. They really want to ensure they understand you flows and guide you through how to make the best use of the tool. The AI on top of the controls is very easy to use and customize as well. The UI at the control level could be different along with the dashboarding. It is limited dashboarding in comparison to other tools. However, it does enable us to export data out easily so if we have broader dashboarding needs to use a Tableau as an example, it enables us to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The configurability of every aspect in the platform makes it feel like it was custom built for our organization - even though implementation only took a few weeks! The UI is intuitive which makes it straightforward to onboard new joiners.

Very simple yet powerful platform. Straight forward navigation and reporting. Easy to train internal staff with little to no experience. Compared to other platforms Complyance is the most efficient non-complicated platform of my choice. Reporting options and solutions are effective for all levels of the organization.

Being responsible for the Compliance and Risk Management roles in my organization, from the start, Complyance met our core GRC needs (tracking against industry-standard controls, custom control creation, evidence collection and alignment to multiple control standards, vendor risk management, and Risk Register management), while providing any easy-to-use interface for our stakeholders. Managing access to platform for those stakeholders has been easy with clearly defined and easy to manage roles.

Most importantly, Complyance has been a true partner in configuring the platform and getting it aligned to our internal business processes and company culture. Initial implementation was completed quickly and easily. With our previous GRC product, my team spent most of our time managing the tool, building process flows, adding fields and enhancing functionality. In contrast, with Complyance my team is able to focus on the already complex work of managing our GRC program with Complyance playing a central role in coordinating efforts, providing visibility and growing a shared understanding of our risks and controls.

The platform has also allowed us to integrate evidence from our ticketing system, our productivity suite's cloud storage, and our wiki pages, allowing us to pull in timely evidence while giving stakeholders a more active role in understanding and managing control compliance. The leadership team's experience in the Compliance and GRC space is also apparent as they have provided useful insights and have been professional throughout. If we had a full development team looking for a product in which to invest their time, or if we required very complex reporting out to third party ERP solutions, we would likely need more time to coordinate the initial setup with the support team at Complyance.

The platform is less customizable than other solutions I have used, but that may be part of what has made it so effective for my team and our stakeholders. For those more complex requests, we have needed to hand the work over to the Complyance support and engineering teams to address for us. The product and the team are brilliant. First off, the implementation was incredibly smooth! Our account lead guided us every step of the way and made sure we were set-up with best practices and scalability from the start. The team take the time to properly onboard you, even if it's takes a while in our case, and we've had great feedback from our control owners on how easy it is to navigate!

The tool has some neat features and the AI and agents have given my team real efficiencies in how we work. We have been supported most by the AI triaging evidence during an audit and we used our previous auditor comments to inform the criteria. I reckon the team has saved 100+ hours on our recent HITRUST audit and team morale is higher than previous years. We've also been able to automate collection on 60% of our work from Azure, AWS, SharePoint, Rapid7 and Jira. The team made this process easy without too much load on our IT team.
