ComplyLaunch enabled our organisation to use the best features of ComplyAdvantage at no cost facilitating compliant growth from launch. The ComplyLaunch team are always available to assist and respond reliably with swift, resolute action.

The fully integrated product empowers customer experience-centric and embedded organisations to seamlessly onboard new business with the reassurance that AML/TF checks are being done in the background against up-to-date global sanctions and PEPs databases and according to the organisation's unique risk-based approach.

**What do you dislike about ComplyAdvantage?**

The risk-based approach can be non-sensical if not properly implemented. It would be most helpful to consider prompting administrators setting up the risk-based approach as to the values of overall risk thresholds consider previous inputs for each category of risk. However, the use of this risk-based approach is not required to use the ComplyAdvantage platform and therefore can be done with manual controls if required.

ComplyAdvantage helps us to fight financial crime by increasing the scale and efficiency with which a compliance department can approve new business in line with best practice AML/TF protocols.

The product is intuitive and, once integrated, works seamlessly in real time. It covers a wide range of requirements for screening and transaction monitoring. The support team worked with us on integration, and our customer success manager ensures we are properly utilising all aspects of the system.

Some rules adjustments require input from the support team, although this does tend to be pretty fast and painless.

The platform quickly identifies PEPs, manages sanctions, and conducts adverse media checks, mitigating the risks associated with potential nefarious activities or affiliations. The team are quick to respond, dedicated account manager, the ability to control different aspects of your searches and criteria's.  The system also has the ability to connect to Salesforce. Its especially great because it doesn't just complete a one off check on a client or business, but a daily check - in doing so, reduces the day-to day risk to the business.

Having been a client from the early stages of Complyadvantage, it has been great to be able to share feedback and ideas with the product team about where there are gaps and what can be made better.

Monitor / Daily updates emails are not consistent - they can be hit and miss with times.

**What problems is ComplyAdvantage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KYB - love this system. Despite it being in BETA testing, It is a great product. Loads can be added into it, such as CCJ checks on Directors and Businesses etc. 

Individuals and Companies checks (that don't fall into KYB) - CCJ checks / results would be amazing, making sure that links and results actually work. The system itself, brilliant and how its been developed over the years.

The customer support teams are extremely attentitive, quick to respond and more importantly, quick to resolve. Their access to data for the screening product has been essential for our global business to ensure Compliance to the various jurisdictions in which we serve and operate in.

The tools are adaptable and can be used in an API capacity with other vendors and applications, such as the TruNarrative product from LexisNexis. 

Systems are extremely intuitive and easy to navigate, making it ideal for operational and 1st line of defence teams.

**What do you dislike about ComplyAdvantage?**

Whilst the screening tool is one of the bests out there in respect to its coverage, the transaction monitoring tool is continuing to develop to be on par as a system. That said, the company listens to its customers feedback and are quick to implement ongoing improvements.

Ensuring compliance with sanctions throughout our various global jurisdictions and our ongoing customer due diligence programme.

We have been customers of ComplyAdvantage for several years and it is the main platform that we use daily for Transaction Monitoring and Customer Screening. We have always appreciated the ease of use of the platform, the ability to customise it according to one's needs and their very fast support on all requests. The introduction of AI elements in the past year has also been very appreciated, showing how ComplyAdvantage is evolving its product on a regular basis.

There is no possibility to file SARs with a GoAML integration

**What problems is ComplyAdvantage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With ComplyAdvantage we are working towards making the work of AML Analysts more efficient (introduction of alert prioritisation / AI / dashboards). AI Alerts are also contributing towards a better alerting system, diminishing the amount of false positives in transaction monitoring.

We have been using Comply Advantage for the past year now and have appreciated the support throughout. Customer support responds in a timely manner, especially on urgent requests. The vendor also has a focus on relationship building which does create a sense of partnership as opposed to the usual vendor dynamic.

There have been no downsides thus far. The team does try to address issues, wherever possible.

We implemented ComplyAdvantage for our client screening process.  Their APIs were straighforward to implement.  Their user interface was well designed and intuitive.  The overall effectiveness of the name screening was superior to our previous provider - more matches through adverse media and fewer false positives.  The staff at Comply was knowlegeable and supportive through the entire process.  We are very satisfied with the product provided.
