Recently, we misplaced a crucial file containing over 20,000 employee letters exported from CompLogix a year prior. Facing this potential setback, CompLogix came to the rescue. Despite our data no longer readily available, their team meticulously recreated provided new copies of the letters.

There is not much to dislike. Whenever we encounter issues or there are system limitations to what we need done, the team at CompLogix has been able to create workarounds to enable us to meet our goals. Very end-user friendly. This is our organization's second year using the Merit Planning Tool, so I can't speak to implementation from the year prior, but this year's update was very easy and straightforward. Brandy is super helpful. Very bright and very responsive. We wanted to modify how we use our budget, and CompLogix was able to help us do that just as we wanted. Setting up new users, changing leaders mid-process, and assigning HR partners were all very simple to do either from within the tool for one-offs or with an upload for the mass. I have heard very positive feedback from HR Partners that the leaders seem to really like this tool. They only use it once a year, and it's easy to navigate around it.
