**What do you like best about Complion eReg / eISF Platform?**

I really valued how Complion’s eReg platform cut through the clutter of paper-based regulatory processes. I could securely store and retrieve documents from any device, always ensuring version control and automatic expiration alerts so nothing slipped through the cracks. The integrated audit trail and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance gave me peace of mind during inspections and remote monitoring. I also appreciated the ease of collaborating with sponsors and monitors in real-time, which boosted efficiency and reduced redundancy across my team.

**What do you dislike about Complion eReg / eISF Platform?**

I disliked that the platform felt a bit rigid and lacked flexibility for customizing workflows and templates. It often required workarounds to fit our specific needs, which slowed things down. I also found the document management and search features to be limited - retrieving files during audits could be time-consuming because the filtering and tagging options weren’t as robust as I needed. Overall, while it served its purpose, these limitations made the experience less efficient than I had hoped.

**What problems is Complion eReg / eISF Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Complion’s eReg/eISF platform solved the problem of managing regulatory binders and essential documents in a paper-heavy, decentralized environment. It gave me a secure, centralized electronic system that ensured 21 CFR Part 11 compliance, version control, and audit-ready records. This benefited me because it reduced the time I spent on manual filing, eliminated the risk of missing documents, and made remote monitoring and sponsor collaboration much easier. It also improved efficiency during audits since everything was organized and searchable in one place, which saved stress and ensured compliance.
