I would like to see more detailed statistics regarding the delivered data, e.g. how many data points were delivered for each competitor, product category etc. Sometimes, it may be difficult to make adjustments in the account by myself, when I want to add or delete some items / competitors or product matches. I like Competera for solving complicated tasks just in time they promised. For instance, I had a goal to monitor prices from challenging marketplace. I was interested in report of MAP violations by key positions. I know that was technically difficult task for Competera, and they handled the problem of scanning the complex website.
