Very easy to use. Interface is quite simplistic to navigate yet provides great insights through advanced reporting. Compensation Tool is new to the market compared to other well-known compensation software products. The tool does not have a job description to create JDs from scratch based on job title, but we are not creating that may jobs so it doesn't affect us. The availability to see data on a company level and to use it as a complement to our salary surveys to see movement occurring on a daily basis. Given that it is a relatively new tool, there will always be room to improve and fine-tune the experience. I wish the software had a salary survey data, but I would rather have no survey data rather than having employee reported survey data like some of the others tools out there.
