What do you like best about Compassmax?

I like that the system is simple to use, and that it's server-client based (not in the cloud). It can be used with a touchscreen or with keyboard shortcuts. It takes hardly any time to write up a ticket for a customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Compassmax?

I don't like that it doesn't seem very Windows 10 friendly, and the credit card interface seems to take forever to process a payment. If anyone starts a remote session through TeamViewer and it's in the middle of a credit card transaction, everything freezes and you have to kill everything and start over again. What problems is Compassmax solving and how is that benefiting you?

The reporting is great. It's very easy to pull useful reports. It's also great for new users as it doesn't take them long to learn the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
