Recommendations to others considering Community Sift:
I highly recommend this product. It is an essential tool for Community Management on MMO style apps with a lot of players. It removes any concerns associating to chat filtering. The Interface is very nice and easy to use and the support team are fantastic!
I don't have any experience with the set up of this product but as a Community Manager, on behalf of my team and I we would be lost without it.
Before your programming team deploy this to your app please be sure your Community team has a plan in place. We deployed this in stages to assess feedback and to not overwhelm our highly engaged user-base.
This product is not only good for English, It supports multiple languages. Our app's core languages are English EU, English US, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese BR, Indonesian and both Chinese Simplified and Traditional. We have had no issues with these languages as the Community Sift system learns as it operates.
