The different campaigns and ways you can use GoTo are so varied and useful, from chats, to call back options, personal Fax#'s and meeting rooms, it really covers it all.

The desktop application is occasionally unreliable. I have to close it completely to refresh the data i'm seeing or it will sometimes show people logged into the queue who arent.
These are just minor things that I wish/hope Goto will consider in the future:
I wish that it would show who is on what call to everyone. It's the one feature I miss from our old software. Only seeing a little red busy image on someones user icon with no caller Id of who theyre speaking to is annoying. It makes figuring out if a call you transfered connected sucussfully very clunky.
The Analytics do not capture the Abandoned and timed out calls. I have to check those numbers same day in the queue window. If I check for call participation totals in the analytics page, there is nothing for viewing how many abandoned or timed out calls happened on specific days.
