It is easy to use and has relatively basic implementation during the rollout process. Customer support was beneficial during the rollout and continues to provide valuable support as needed. We use the product daily, multiple times per day. The number of available product features is endless. We have had no roadblocks or bumps when integrating the product with our network. I love the iphone app. I can make and receive business calls, see which of my team members oare on the phone or off at a glance and the call quality is perfect. I can be anywhere and my business line is always with me.We've been with G2 for six years. Originally, it was mostly about price for us but the service has never disappointed. GoTo Webinar also integrates seamlessly with CRM tools like HubSpot where webinar registrants and attendees can be synced.
