GoTo offers the flexibility of a truly mobile solution agnostic of location. It simply works once provisioned and plugged in to a working ethernet connection. [or via wifi if the device is wifi-enabled/capable]. Physical phones are super-simple to use once provisioned and set up. Customer Support is one of the most compelling reasons to go with this vendor/solution. It integrates beautifully with our remote team and allows us to maintain a virtual presence, the next best thing to a brick and mortar presence; but much more flexible in its ability to keep the team connected and productive. The Dial Plans make GTC very flexible and easy to understand. I am able to emulate many PBX routing features. Admin Portal is intuitive and easy to manage. I love the ease of use for this product. Their softphone app is the best I've used. Calls, voicemails, call center features, and SMS all in one platform make it simple to manage my team. Call quality is great as well. It was easy to implement for our entire team and it's something we use every single day now. Their customer support is top notch as well if we do run into any issues.
