I love that I can answer the office line from my cell phone when I've stepped away from my desk, down the hall or even if I'm away from the office altogether. I can remotely transfer the calls to someone's office line or their cell phone. I can return phone calls using my cell phone, but I can choose to have the office number appear to the receiver. The program has been very simple to use. I rarely have any issues. When I have had issues, they have made it simple to call in and explain my issues. They are able to take over from there. They had a quick turnaround time at fixing a problem we had with GoTo not working properly. I have been using this program for around 2 1/2 years now and have been pleased with the service I have received. I have been able to get it to work on my Cel phone and multiple locations. There isn't much I can say about what I don't like. There are a couple times where there are issues with previous call loading and at time the program loads fairly slow. But everything has been very manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
