What do you like best about GoTo Connect?

I love that I can answer the office line from my cell phone when I've stepped away from my desk, down the hall or even if I'm away from the office altogether. I can remotely transfer the calls to someone's office line or their cell phone. I can return phone calls using my cell phone, but I can choose to have the office number appear to the receiver. I love all the great features! The product was easy to implement and easy to use... our office staff uses GoTo Connect everyday! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Connect?

It's hard to say what I "don't" like. I like EVERYTHING about GoTo Connect! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect?

1 Ease of use with our softphone system for our engineers. 2. Call flow and controls allow us to be granular while providing a straightforward diagram for building our dialers. 3. Agent controls and status options are robust Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy using GoTo Connect Video Conferencing and the VOIP service which Zoom does not offer, a complete package and software that helped my business soar and cut 31% off of my monthly expenses. What problems is GoTo Meeting solving and how is that benefiting you?

We first selected GoToMeeting in 2020 for their ability to record and store meetings/sessions on their own cloud, which could be shared via link. Unfortunately, their promise of lifetime storage was downgraded within a few months to 12months or less. We used to benefit greatly from their platform, but it's become much more of a hinderance than a help, and every single one of our users has opted to migrate to Google Meet instead. What do you like best about GoTo Connect?

The program has been very simple to use. I rarely have any issues. When I have had issues, they have made it simple to call in and explain my issues. They are able to take over from there. They had a quick turnaround time at fixing a problem we had with GoTo not working properly. I have been using this program for around 2 1/2 years now and have been pleased with the service I have received. I have been able to get it to work on my Cel phone and multiple locations. Great job on the Teche Support guys. I also work in Tech Support and can say they have made this program easy to troubleshoot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Connect?

There isn't much I can say about what I don't like. There are a couple times where there are issues with previous call loading and at time the program loads fairly slow. But everything has been very manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoTo Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its solving call managment and work flow at my job. But I realy dont like the pop up for answering calls on the platform and on my desktop. Its always in the way. If a call comes into the queue and I'm in the middle of dailing a call its in the way and makes it impossible to finish dialing the call I was trying to make.
