The new admin platform is great! I had no idea about it until a scoping call and was surprised at how logical and easy it is to use. The biggest thing and this isn't a dislike, is the fact that the clock was removed from the softphone home page. Since I hide my taskbar on my laptop, I used that as a quick glance for the time.
