What do you like best about GoTo Connect?

Easy to use. I also like the portal online that I can easily go to and hear messages or make changes. It is also a very fair price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GoTo Connect?

The helpful custome service agents. They are always so helpful, prompt to call back and they always follow up. The sales team is also easy to work with and to contact. Scoping calls are mutually beneficial and productive.

The new admin platform is great! I had no idea about it until a scoping call and was surprised at how logical and easy it is to use. I use the portal daily to ensure calls are flowing correctly and making sure dials plans are maximized to minimize wait times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GoTo Connect?

The biggest thing and this isn't a dislike, is the fact that the clock was removed from the softphone home page. Since I hide my taskbar on my laptop, I used that as a quick glance for the time. Since it's been removed, I've had to download extra software to have a desktop clock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is GoTo Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently, they are helping me with a new contact center add on to be able to pull additional data from our team. Also helping to make sure we can have messages for meetings play on scheuled days without having to manually switch each sound clip. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its a video and audio conferencing tool which will I using in daily meeting purposes...I didn't get any extra noise or disconnecting problems here Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
