I find that overall, GoTo is easy to navigate and seems to be user friendly. This program is something that I use daily in my work. I do enjoy that it is web based and it is not necessary for me to download software on my computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are often times when the software is glitchy. This results in missed calls on my end which can be frustrating sometimes.
Sometimes when I reach out to customer service, I am not always provided with help. The issues tend to be blamed on internet issues when indeed the issues are the same across the board for all of my CSRs and we are located in various locations across the country. GoTo Meeting is the best in terms of sound and image quality, live broadcast in real time. I love the ease of organizing meetings and sending invitations and attachments via secure digital links. Accepting the invitation is direct, which makes it easy for invitees to participate effectively. Distributing roles during virtual meetings is easy, as the microphone can be turned off and transferred to another participant easily. I love sharing presentations that help provide a smooth explanation to participants. The documentation capabilities are great and useful in documenting what was agreed upon during the meeting. I use my iPhone exclusively for GoTo. We take approx. 50-70 incoming calls per day.
When an incoming call comes in, I wish that all options were functional - Mute, Hold, Transfer. When I am ready for those items, I have to unlock my phone, which delays the action. The tool is intuitive and complete, it does not require a long learning curve or technical knowledge to use. On a daily basis, it ends up becoming a great ally in ensuring high availability, whether internally with other employees or with customers and suppliers. All with high voice quality and resources. GoTo Meeting user interface is so simple and i was able to onboard so quickly. It is easy to use and i can access any time from anywhere without any restrictions. GoTo Meeting makes online communication so safe by providing very powerful security and privacy features making it possible for me to host all my meeting discussions including the private abd confidential ones. It is also so easy to join meeting with the one-time click link and it does not require any app to join meetings. The meeting links are simple and short making it easy to share with the other meeting attendees. GoTo Meeting video and audio quality are so satisfying and the sound enhancement tools like background noise removal helps to ensure uninterrupted meeting sessions. It also has a meeting playback tool that allows recording of meeting sessions for referencing. Virtual meetings with GoTo Meeting are so lovely thanks to the interaction tools like love chatting that allows the host to engage with other meeting attendees.
