**What do you like best about Commercient SYNC?**

I use Commercient SYNC to connect our CRM and ERP systems, creating a seamless data environment. It solves the problem of manual order and account entry by letting us import records from our CRM to our ERP without manual data entry. I like that the product is very reliable, and the support team is quick to address problems. The concept of connecting the business environment and eliminating redundant data entry is a strong tool to support scalable operations suited for business growth. The ERP to CRM connection was easy, and it works great.

**What do you dislike about Commercient SYNC?**

Early on, some of the configuration was tough to figure out - but partially due to the complexity of the environment I wanted to create for our business. We did get it solved, but you'll want to have someone with a strong knowledge of your data architecture involved in your configuration.

**What do you like best about Commercient SYNC?**

I use Commercient SYNC to sync our Sage accounting software with Salesforce. It updates any product pricing changes in Sage to Salesforce and creates orders in Sage from Salesforce orders, saving us the time of double entry. It just works in the background and I don't have to think about it. It's customizable, so if our workflow changes, we can adapt the integration to handle it. I don't have to spend a lot of time talking to support trying to figure out issues. As we add new features or fields to objects in Salesforce, we can easily add them to the Sage sync so all the important data matches between the two systems.

Real time syncing between the systems would be nice

I use Commercient SYNC to sync Sage with Salesforce, saving time on double entry by updating product pricing and creating orders automatically. It's customizable, adapts to workflow changes, and works in the background, so I don't have to think about it.

The accuracy with which the data syncs between Sage and Hubspot is spot on!  Customer service is great and once it's set up, you can basically set it and forget it.

The onboarding was extensive and requires a good bit of time to perfect it but worth the effort.

I was looking for a way to sync our custom quoting from Sage into our Hubspot CRM, and Commercient made that possible, enabling us to track closure rates and enhance our follow-up process. I was particularly impressed with the dedication and assistance from Daniel, Cliezl, Heath, and Lorenzo. While the onboarding does take some time, it ensures a flawless sync and a top-notch experience in the end. If there's ever an issue, a prompt notification is sent and their team is ready to resolve it swiftly. I would definitely recommend Commercient for their excellent service and results.

The customer support has been pretty good. It has been over 2 years trying to get this to work in our system, and we are finally getting close to having it the way we need it. They have been very helpful, and haven't charged for additional support except for very specific out of scope things.

**What do you dislike about Commercient SYNC?**

Most of the people we have dealt with are overseas and a support ticket placed today will not be addressed until at least tomorrow. Sometimes the gap in time is frustrating.

**What problems is Commercient SYNC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is soon going to be allowing us to reduce data entry. We have to enter information in two and sometimes three systems. This allows is to do most of the work in the CRM, much of it automated, and then complete the work in the ERP.

Commercient SYNC provides seamless, near real-time integration between our ERP and Salesforce, giving our team easy access to critical customer and order data. It’s user-friendly, reliable, and has greatly improved cross-department visibility and efficiency.

Occasionally, customizations require assistance from support instead of being done in-house. While not a major issue, having more control over sync configurations would be helpful. That said, the support team is responsive and always quick to help resolve issues.

**What do you like best about Commercient SYNC?**

Our experience has been very positive. They've done a great job with syncing our ERP data into Zoho CRM, even when Zoho threw them a few curveballs (with changes on Zoho's end). They were able to navigate those changes without causing any issues on our end. Also, they have very efficient customer service - they pretty much held our hand throughout the entire process and always responded to emails promptly.

**What do you dislike about Commercient SYNC?**

The overall sync process can take a long time and there can be a lot of back and forth. I think this is really dependent on the customer and how much data you are syncing though. They are upfront though and state that it can take 8-10 weeks. As a customer, ensuring you have all your ducks in a row can help you stay within that timeline.

**What problems is Commercient SYNC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were integrating a CRM into our business, but did not want to double up on data. Our ERP has all of our customer info, but is not a properly functioning CRM. So we wanted to integrate the ERP data into a CRM so that the sales team could bette track both existing customers and new customers with the overall goal of increasing sales. Additionally, it gives the marketing team more insight into customer trends and allows for more targeted marketing.

It's been a great experience working with Commercient to sync our QB data with Salesforce.  They are very helpful when small issues arise and they are extremely proactive with maintaining our sync accurate and error free.  We've been working with Commercient for a few years now and we look forward to continue to use their services.

**What do you like best about Commercient SYNC?**

Commercient is a "white glove" experience - the best part is that they manage the entire sync for you. Their support/engineering team is quick to respond and professional. Our Sales Team has access to more data than ever before (sales orders, shipping details, inventory/lead times, etc.) and our office staff can access almost any data from our ERP with ease.

**What do you dislike about Commercient SYNC?**

We implemented our Commercient Sync in 2014. If I could go back in time, I would've made sure we took advantage of the native "parent/child relationship" functionality in Salesforce. We're lacking those relationships between some of our Sage objects and it makes managing ownership/accessibilty to records a little tricky.

**What problems is Commercient SYNC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Commercient has allowed us to provide visibility into our ERP operations via Salesforce. Salesforce is inherently faster and easier to navigate than our cloud-based Sage 100 instance. It also allows our Sales Team to access this data on the go via the Salesforce mobile app. They would have no way to access that data otherwise!

We have been working with Commercient for over two years now and whilst initial set up was slow as we have limited resources and IT infrastructure, since implementation, it has been a breeze. Successfully passing information through from our ERP to CRM and back again. For what they do, I don't believe there is a better option on the market. Commercient easly transfers data from Salesforce to Syspro. Data is accruate and we were able to ensure all fields are getting populated appropriately.

Commercient has been stellar on the technical side as well as the customer support side when migrating our Quickbooks data to Salesforce. I've enjoyed working with the Commercient team, they've been friendly, helpful, and communicated great. I recommend you work with Commercient!

We really love the flexibility of being able to pick as many (or as little) data fields that we need to sync over along with the ability to modify the format of the data being synced over.

**What do you dislike about Commercient SYNC?**

Not really any downsides, except the high cost of a two way sync if you need to add additional data syncing in the future.

**What problems is Commercient SYNC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to sync all our raw accounting data into the CRM and from CRM we are able to push sales orders into the accounting system. The sync makes it seamless for our sales team to access data in both places. The accounting data combined with the CRM data makes a great platform for powerful analytics.

Honestly, I do not have anything negative to say about SYNC.

SYNC was connected to an on-prem, antiquated version of SXe.  With SYNC my client was able to have the line of site it need to fully develop their sales program.  With SYNC the entire sales history was migrated into the CRM, we had all purchases imported and additional details, in addition, because Commercient has such a long standing relationship with Salesforce the subscription cost includes several Salesforce Managed Custom Objects (MCOs) which included even more data to help the sales team drive revenue.

Commercient created a sync between our Stripe account and our Sage 100 ERP that turned our manual processes of daily posting invoices and cash receipts into an automated process where we review and post.  Since the Sync runs automatically overnight it makes our mornings easy and pleasant.  Once it is running, unless there is something we change, there is no need for customer support.

Getting past some language barriers with the developers was the only downside we had.  But even with that, they were successful.  Integration was easy but it did take longer than we expected.

Seamless, efficient and reliable. Sync elliminates any room for error when sedning from our CRM to Sage. Its easy to use and makes our day to day much more effecient.

Not many, there can very rarely be an issue with the sync. This is always correceted when I raise a Ticket.

Implementation is a thorough process that takes some time, but they will do what it takes to make sure the outcome is what you envision

Because of the SYNC, we don't have to double-enter our customer information into two different systems, and it helps our entire organization have clarity across the board.

It was a fairly easy process to set up the SYNC agent, Commercient did the heavy lifting configuring the sync to our CRM, and the post-implementation support has been good as well.

**What do you dislike about Commercient SYNC?**

The more often you want the two systems to sync with each other, it's going to cost you. To have a real-time sync can be pretty pricey. 

If you upgrade your ERP system and need to establish the sync between the ERP and CRM, it's an extra add-on cost to do that, which I wasn't expecting.

**What problems is Commercient SYNC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having our ERP data at our fingertips within our CRM has been a game-changer for our sales and marketing teams. Our ERP isn't the most user-friendly, so getting that ERP data in a system that our sales team can easily navigate has helped them get more insight on their customers and see their sales data without having to wait until the end of the month or quarter to get a report out of the ERP. From a marketing standpoint, it helps me get a better view of our customer sales and product mix.

Purchased the integration for our company with multiple sites over the globe. The integration worked well and allowed geographically distant members of staff access to information without having to access the ERP or to take the time of administration staff by requesting reports.

The contract could have been clearer to me, however that is down to me and not commercient. Sometimes the reports can be tricky to create, especially when they are complicated.

Commercient's team handles the technical side of integration and give you a lot of control on what information syncs and when it passes information back and forth between systems.

I've worked with Commercient twice and both times their project timeline estimates have ran behind schedule. Their team works in specific areas of their sync, they could do a better job of being efficient with timeline.

We're getting near-real time inventory updates in our CRM for our sales team to quote on and we're decreasing the amount of copy/manual entry our fulfillment specialists need to do between the CRM and ERP.
