What do you like best about CommerceIQ?

The ability to schedule reporting exports and create custom JBPs and product tracking is a solid feature included with CIQ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CommerceIQ?

The automated ticketing system is not as robust as one would like. The basic tasks are taken off your plate which is fantastic, but if there is any complications (i.e. AVS responses to variation requests) the tool cannot pivot to other responses.

Rigid adherance to a source of truth that is not changable in the dashbaord makes updating title, bullets, variations, etc. quite cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CommerceIQ?

Rather than having to have multiple different platforms for different aspects of the business, CommerceIQ does it all.

Easy to use for all parts of the business. Sales, Ops, Finance, Marketing, Brand.. It checks every box.

What do you dislike about CommerceIQ?
