Be it authentication, authorization, understanding data models, handling different error scenarios. Everything is abstracted. As a customer, i dont have to worry about the internals of integrating with any accounting softwares once after i integrated with RootFi. We just offloaded all integrating bottlenecks to RootFi. Also the actual power is, once we integrate, with no very little effort, we get the benefits of all integrations with all other solutions. **What do you dislike about Commenda?** Today RootFi integrations are very specific to accounting domain. If we are looking for integrations with services from any other domain (like payment gateways), have to look for other solutions. If RootFi can support integrating software for other domains then it would be super beneficial for customers. **What problems is Commenda solving and how is that benefiting you?** Biggest problem that RootFi solved for us was abstracting integrations with different account systems. Handling the two way data sync between our system and the accounting systems supported by RootFi. One specific example that i would like to highlight is the integration with Tally accounting software. By default Tally accounting software was not cloud based so integrating with them was not straight forward, with RootFi's Tally agent, integrating with Tally was super easy. ### 45.
