Comet Backup is easy to deploy, constantly updated by the development team, and the support is top notch. Even the sales team is great - it was a low pressure introduction to what Comet Backup could do, and the scheduled follow up calls from the sales team answered questions I only expected to be answered by the support staff. Everyone at Comet Backup has a solid understanding of the product and its why I switched from another product to Comet Backup.
I also really love the API integration, and with some time and effort I was able to integrate it into my RMM with little issue and outstanding results.
Lastly, it's completely brandable from the start, so my company is able to deploy a backup solution to our clients that has our information and logo right in the software. We love it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far, I have zero complaints about Comet backup. I've been using it for over six months, and there's nothing to gripe about. It just works!

Your intention to service shall be to help the customer with technical support or issues when he needs you. It is not like your intention became now that your software doesn't have the bug! I have none of my business that your software has a bug or not but 9days your team wasted my time and server payment were wasted due to your software being unable to locate the storage buckets. While the "cloud" is great, I really prefer having control over the storage and the services provided. Comet allows me to host my own system, allowing me to provide my own storage. In my model, the software allows me to dedicate disks to each client or provide a chunk of shared space and increase it as necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The web control panel for the self-hosted product is my least favorite aspect. While I realize that this is the way most products do things these days, I find full applications to be much more manageable and responsive.
