Internet outages and refusal to issue credits. Then they issue $8 credit to compensate for over $100,000 lost in revenue because we can't access our cloud based software due to internet outage. We can't help clients who walk in because the staff has been sent home. Outages happen fairly often in our office. It's so bad that I'm trying to add backup internet services with another company.
