Internet outages and refusal to issue credits. Then they issue $8 credit to compensate for over $100,000 lost in revenue because we can't access our cloud based software due to internet outage. We can't help clients who walk in because the staff has been sent home. Outages happen fairly often in our office. It's so bad that I'm trying to add backup internet services with another company. The internet has gone out multiple times since we started the service.
We have had a technician out here once, which the customer service people over the phone said was cancelled so they couldn't see any notes about the service.
They also still have us listed as the old business despite calling in multiple times letting them know that business is no longer here.

They are quite easy to work with. Comcast Business is always a phone call away, unlike the customer service provided by so many companies these days.
