"Streamlined Digital Asset Management with Collage"
What do you like best about Collage?

I love the function of what they call a collage, which I associate as something similar to a playlist. This playlist of my digital assets allows me to organize my digital assets into a specific function or type of asset, maybe a campaign or something like that, without having to duplicate or move a digital asset to a new folder. It maintains the integrity of my organization of my digital assets but allows for greater searchability for my assets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Collage?

The upload and onboarding process could be improved. It can take a significant amount of time, which is partly due to the backend framework of Collage. Also, having to apply thought and logic to an organization process can be complex if you've never thought about it before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Asset Organization for Small Brands"
What do you like best about Collage?

We have loved adding the same asset to different collages, rather than duplicating assets between folders. We've also loved the tagging system, which has helped us find assets quickly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Collage?

I wouldn't recommend Collage to companies with extensive assets (like 30,000+). Smaller brands are perfect for the platform, but our brand has around 20,000 assets total, and tagging/organizing all of them is a challenge. The platform itself has also been a learning curve for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Digital Asset Management for Museum"
What do you like best about Collage?

Collage has an excellent, easy to use interface that has helped our institution think differently about how we store, access, and use our digital assets. More importantly, the Collage team is incredibly responsive and helpful. They're interested in helping clients use the platform efficiently and in a way that aligns with the institution's overarching goals and needs. The Collage team had a clear process that ensured ease of implementation. They're available for assistance, answer questions promptly, and brainstorm new features and use cases in real time, working to tailor the new platform to the user's unique needs. What do you dislike about Collage?

Collage is different than other platforms, and it challenges users to break the mold on what photo/video storage and access should look like. Features aren't always where you expect them to be, but once you've played around with Collage, it all starts making sense. And, because it's relatively new, it's always changing. Our team has enjoyed influencing future development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Incredible software, even better customer service"
What do you like best about Collage?

Most helpful for me is a tie between how easy operate Collage (super intuitive) and the customer service.

Truly, from the beginning of the discovery phase to my latest call with Ross, I feel heard and valued as a client. This level of attention to detail is rare to come by. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Collage?

Some features are still to be added, like previewing videos for longer than 5 seconds when sending an external link or viewing heic files but can hardly say this is a dislike as I know these are in visibility from the team and I receive regular updates on status of the updates. "Intuitive DAM with Excellent Support"
What do you like best about Collage?

I like that Collage doesn't feel intimidating to new users, allowing people to independently search for assets, pull what they need, and feel confident in the tool quickly. I also appreciate working with Ross and Daniel, who spent a lot of time onboarding the team and ensuring all our power users felt confident in using the tool and teaching it to others. They are very personable, and it feels like they care about our success. The initial setup was very easy, especially because the onboarding process is spread out over several weeks of learning. "A surprisingly powerful DAM with unbeatable value"
What do you like best about Collage?

Collage is surprisingly powerful with an intuitive interface, best-in-class public collections, and a team that’s truly invested in product development. The value for the price is unmatched compared to other leading DAMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Collage?

Collage is evolving quickly, so occasionally new features take a little time to mature. That said, the team is highly responsive, and it’s clear they’re investing heavily in continuous improvements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Collage?

Collage was built to be flexible to the needs of a marketing department or agency - I find it easy to adapt to internal and external needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Collage?

Short learning curve on how to use the collage vs. folder vs. share link. But the training is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
