I find the site VERY slow and will often spend more time than I'd like to searching for the pieces I need. The service is like no other .... no other company in Australia would come to my office or my agencies office and pick out lastest campaigns on hard drives and take them away to be curated and tagged in the cloud.

Ability to share files from anywhere given its great mobile capabilities ... a dedicated account manager , just like an extension of your marketing team ..

Permissions management is great particulary when switching between agencies so there is no IP transitions issues which can be timely and costly.

Search functionality is a bit slow - end up finding it faster to deep dive into the folders to find what I need. I think there could be a bit more archiving/uploading of ALL assets from all agencies.
