Everything about Coinbase is best. But what I liked the most was that they allow converting any crypto to another. I was able to convert Bitcoin to Dogecoin within a few seconds easily. The UI of Coinbase is also great. And another thing I liked the best about Coinbase was that it's easy to send crypto from one account to another using email, and there is no fee for sending funds like this. Limited crypto exchanges compared to US-Binance. But also. I got my email and ID hacked and lost all my &&. I cannot log in and I cannot resolve the issues via every option offered in Coinbase help. Coinbase does not offer live human help! They do not provide a way to email them if your email is hacked and unusable. There is NO way to call them. I even tried the BBB to msg them for help! This is a serious breach of contract! Don't risk your money with an institution that won't help you if your identity and crypto get stolen!! Stay away from Coinbase!!! Coinbase is one of the most secure apps I have ever experienced. This is incredibly reassuring for the user, and yet, the use of the app is not made difficult by the security measures. Likewise, it allows the user to view the market values in real time for all cryptocurrencies. Sometimes a lag is experienced when purchasing or sending crypto with no clear protocol for the length of the hold before access to the total amount intended to move between applications. The worst thing I have ever experienced with Coinvae is their customer support. Here we can not do any live chat with their support agent. Also, we cannot send mail to them from any other mail id other than the registered one. They take a lot of time to give responses.
