One thing which I really appreciate is there to the point KYC verification This was one of the first cryptocurrency trading applications worldwide. One can transfer many digital currency coins from his or her Coinbase exchange to different wallet applications. Off lately Coinbase has started giving revenue for our idle-based coins from 1% annually to up to 12%. This is something quite unique and earlier only seen in storage wallets and not on crypto exchange trading platforms. While I would like to caution all to trade with cryptocurrency as a whole in a careful manner ever since US Ukraine Russia crisis this market has only seen a downward trajectory **What do you dislike about Coinbase Exchange?** Ever since there has been a crackdown by US SEC , the coin base has lost its credibility. I feel quite unsafe to trade on this platform honestly now. I would honestly request people avoid this platform altogether. Also the majority of times new coins are listed very late on Coinbase due to which we lose our early bird advantage and are not able to cap in on rising prices. Recently they delisted civic coin making a huge loss for me, while it is still available on other platforms **What problems is Coinbase Exchange solving and how is that benefiting you?** Coinbase has helped me to trade and earn profit in my early days of crypto trading. The menus were difficult to learn and understand, but functional. **What do you dislike about Coinbase Exchange?** 1. Most important, it was incredibly slow in returning my money, like "days" slow!!! 2. Due to transactional errors on Coinbase's part, I ended up "double charged" on my bank account, and finally ended up with an account I've had for years - FORCEFULLY CLOSED because of suspected fraud! All because of delays, slow response, and duplicate transactions on COINBASE part. **What problems is Coinbase Exchange solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was just getting used to using Coinbase. It's learning curve is difficult and slow. Response time on moving money back and forth was at a snail's pace - it took literally "days" for me to get money back "out" of coinbase. I will say I like how active they've been in fighting for innovation / regulatory rights for the entire industry against the SEC lately. They also made my "onboarding" into crypto pretty seamless, I'm not sure if they still offer the "learn & earn" model they did a while back but that helped a lot. **What do you dislike about Coinbase Exchange?** A major aspect of the exchange I don't like is that they behave(d) as a custodial wallet AND exchange until recently. I believe they have a separate wallet app that acts as a non-custodial wallet now. However this doesn't dismiss that their fee structure is pretty ridiculous, and they do have a history of having "server issues" during the most convenient times. IE/ when BTC was at $67,000 a few years back the exchange was giving error notices to myself and many others who were trying to sell our holdings at the time. Magically there was no issue buying at that price however it took quite a price downturn before their servers decided to go back online and allow us to sell. **What problems is Coinbase Exchange solving and how is that benefiting you?** Personally after discovering newer options it doesn't 'solve or benefit' myself directly - however as mentioned due to its slick UI and ease of use im not complaining it's available to new users. The more complicated exchanges would have users losing their money in a heartbeat if they even were able to figure out how to use them - Coinbase offers a simple "here - you wanna buy Bitcoin or this coin? Great let's get your card info and you'll be all set" ### 8. I accepted some bugs in the interface, like out of sync balance and things like that, because I knew it was a startup. **What do you dislike about Coinbase Exchange?** KYC is horrible and lasted more than 2 months. The don't read previous messages and don't communicate with you at all. AI chatbot would do a better job. They lock all your assets, but I could transfer crypto to another wallet.
