"Insightful Server Monitoring with Real-Time Notifications"

What do you like best about COGNNA Nexus?

I like the notifications and logs of the servers most, the portal has a lot of insights and graphs to see what' going on the servers and monitoring of the resources. It is really ease to use, and customer support is very helpful on onboarding and very responsive!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about COGNNA Nexus?

Asset onboarding can feel slow at first, so it may take a noticeable amount of time before systems fully appear in the portal.

What problems is COGNNA Nexus solving and how is that benefiting you?

Traditional security operations centers (SOCs) often struggle with a flood of alerts coming from many different tools. Analysts can end up spending hours manually triaging them, even though a large portion turn out to be false positives. Nexus uses agentic AI to automatically validate, analyze, and prioritize threats, which helps reduce noise and alert fatigue.

Customer support has been great, and the platform is really easy to use. Setup was straightforward, and the integration was quick. Assets showed up right away in the platform when deploying, which gave us much better visibility. The AI search is also a big plus; it makes it easy to find what you need and get a quick overview.
