I love thier support team, they're very fast and responsive. Though the platform has a slight learning curve after you are familiar the platform is very straight forward and easy to use. This can also be said with other integrations such as website hosts. The platform is also very hands off which I like as It requires less regular maintence and use. Easy to control eBay and Amazon listings. Editing details (e.g re-writing titles) on out-of-stock/unlisted eBay items is a great feature as this isn't possible on many other competitor's services. We have daily issues with stock levels not updating quickly enough. If a product sells on our website then the stock levels on eBay/Amazon need updating immediately. The sales team pitch it as "virtually instant". After months of problems the support team say that they consider 1-2 days for stock levels to sync to be acceptable. It isn't acceptable, it's the difference between a smooth multi-channel operation and chaos with over-sells, upset customers and a lot of customer service work. Support don't seem to be particularly interested, there's no escalation of serious issues.

The other major flaw is that pricing cannot be set sufficiently independently from the prices you have in your Shopify store. Whilst you can add a fixed price/percent surcharge to all items going to eBay/Amazon this is not suitable if you are selling an item at full price on Shopify - you will end up selling for higher than RRP/MAP on Amazon/eBay. There needs to be price control at a SKU level.

Codisto works great due to the connection capabilities it holds to both Amazon and eBay Marketplaces! But there needs to be more Manual Work done in order to complete your connection and keep it stable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The app is very useless and the company ripped me off for over $400. I had this app for about a week and they charged me not only once but twice for monthly service PLUS over $300 in additional charges! When I contacted them the said they were "entitled" to over $400 because of my sales. The sales I made had nothing to do with this app plus I never even set it up!
