I love that you have the option to work on solo challenges and also to compete with other developers. Creating AI's that compete playing a game against another AI's is a great experience. You are not evaluated by your specific knowledge of some specific subject, but by your ability to solve a problem with the tools available. And time is not a factor most of the time; most contests last 10 days, so you have plenty of time to think and improve your code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only part I dislike is that many participants just copy & paste code they find online (published by other codingamers). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You can improve our skills, explore type of algorithm that may not be your core day to day work, or simply learn new languages by comparing how you would do in your favorite one and the new one.
There is a lot of way for you to enjoy the platform.
You can even just do dirty code to quickly resolve as mush as puzzles as you can if your more interested in badges and gamification, than code quality. It's up to you to found the fun that match your profile. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Debugging is sometetimes difficult.
Even if they do great for a web application, and that when I discuss with colleagues I tell them that it's a great opportunity to improve their TDD skills since sometimes be able to debug outside the plateform is a real time saver.
Maybe one day they will found how to run a debugger with break points in a browser? I wonder if this can be achieved with web assembly? Not an easy task, but I hope they found a way to do that one day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the Clash of Code feature, that allows me to spend no more than 15 minutes on a short challenge. After regularly using this feature I found myself using new tricks that I learn while using it. I've learned the latest syntax updates of Javascript (language I use professionally), I was able to refresh my Python skills and I learned a couple of tricks in Bash as well. Sometimes I get stuck and it's frustrating, but thankfully you can often see the winning solutions of other people to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Games very well thought through. No bug. Very easy to use. Great to improve yourself on algorithm and coding skills ! Competition really interesting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The tutorial should include a part for people who never coded before. That way, a person could learn, completely from scratch, to code this platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The logs of our programs. I understand they can only store a maximum amount of data but we need to have accurate logs to debug/improve our programs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
