Codecademy; they renewed my subscription without my permission and without sending out a subscription renewal reminder like reputatsble companies do prior to billing you. When they were contacted via the email address listed on thier site; they took the unprofessional approach of not responding to my billing inquiry in essence stealing almost 270.00 from my account. A company is only as good as thier customer service and in the case of Codecademy; thier customer service is trash despite the product being nothing more than a consolidated compilation of what one can find online by using free services.
