## About Superhuman Docs
Superhuman Docs (formerly Coda) gets your team and AI on the same page. Most AI tools are built for solo work, so the work ends up trapped in chats. Docs brings your team and AI together in a familiar space, reimagining what a doc can do. Drafts happen faster, projects stay on task, and decisions don’t stall. Ask for what you need and Docs helps your team build and run with it. Docs is part of Superhuman, the AI productivity platform on a mission to unlock the superhuman potential in everyone. AI is everywhere, but what it creates stays disconnected from where your team actually works. Superhuman Docs fixes that. Instead of generating alone and copy-pasting results somewhere else, your whole team works with AI in one shared place—asking, editing, and building on one another’s work without context switching or silos. And you can create docs, trackers, and workflows in plain language. Just say what you need and Docs AI builds it with you. No code. No writing formulas. No learning curve. Superhuman Docs supports real-time multi-user collaboration, rich content editing, AI generation, and text summarization, so your team can ask for a first draft, meeting notes, or a project tracker and build on it together, instantly. Docs features templates, task creation and assignment mapping, GANTT charts, revision history, in-line comments, notifications, and knowledge sharing—all in one shared doc. No switching between tools to generate, organize, and move work forward. And since Docs connects to over 1,000 tools, including Slack, Jira, and Salesforce, you’ll always have access to the latest data so due dates for your team’s OKRs are always current.

## Superhuman Docs Reviews
  ### 1. A supercharged Notion with unlimited possiblities

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dileep K. | Ph.D. student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

I love the automation features! As a previous Notion user, I love that Coda has the same kind of flexibility in its documents, but what really sets it apart are the amazing "packs" and automations and the database features that just work. It's really easy to get started - just use "/table" to create a table and you already have something much better than Excel. You can connect multiple tables via lookups, you can connect to external applications via packs and you can create recurring tasks via the automations.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

There is no straightforward connection between different documents. You can use "cross-doc" but that just makes a copy of the table in whatever doc you want to connect with and you need to manually sync. It is a hassle and takes some getting used to. I also sorely miss the database schema and connection features that fibery has, if Coda can incorporate these it will be hard to beat.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mostly use Coda as an individual. I am a huge advocate of quantified self and love documenting and tracking everything in my life. I think Coda takes care of this job perfectly. It lets me track everything from my habits to tasks to finances and I can use advanced formulae to see which areas I am improving in and which areas need more work. I still feel like I haven't really tapped into everything Coda can offer and I keep discovering new applications on the community and the blog. I would highly recommend people interested in quantified self to move over from Excel sheets or Airtables to Coda.

  ### 2. Absolutely awesome!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

Coda is not just a simple app, it's an extremely flexible and powerful platform. I love the possibility to create inside the same "document" many different pages containing different kinds of data. From tables to lists, integrating various kinds of platforms like Google Docs, Dropbox etc., Coda's simple and intuitive UI helped me a lot to keep all my project data together. I'm using Coda since the public beta for various simple and complex tasks. Probably it's one of the best for project management tools too. 10+ and 5 stars for their support team!

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

A few months ago, while trying to edit one of my projects on my Android phone, I've encountered some difficulties due to limited functionalities. This may have changed since then.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping all my ideas together was never easier. Highly intuitive user interface with a huge Doc gallery for inspiration. I just had to unlearn the Word/Excel pattern in order to fully understand and work with Coda.

  ### 3. Google Docs on Steroids

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

We love the flexibility of Coda docs - it's truly Google docs on steroids. Their tables are modeled off a single data source, which is super helpful when you have multiple teams working on a project with moving timelines and information. Instead of the usual manual updating across different team dashboards whenever something changes, you're able to build several different views customized to each team's needs, while maintaining the same data across all of them easily.

Their support team is also excellent. We've had several instances, where we slowed down our Coda docs due to incorrect implementation, and they were able to recommend a better way to restructure our tables for efficiency and usage.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

The mobile app is not the most user-friendly, so I would definitely say it's mostly a desktop app.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our production has many moving parts, and we were looking for a solution that would help create a single data source across all of our dashboard views. Coda achieves this seamlessly with its tables and views. We love that one team can change a date on their table, and all other teams will be able to see it on their own view. It allows for easy collaboration across all of our teams. Since using Coda, we've found it helpful in many of our needs beyond our production tracker. We now use it for our team meetings, for brainstorms, since it really is just Google docs but better.

  ### 4. Coda is a brilliant marriage of spreadsheet and wiki.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Writing and Editing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

I am a person who "thinks in spreadsheets", but often spreadsheets need to be communicated in various formats/filters which can be hard to do all at the same time in a way that's easily ingested by team members who only have a few minutes. Coda allows me to create several views of the same spreadsheet, each with different filters, formats, and even mediums (gantt charts, graphs, tables, etc).

Coda is also very easy when it comes to having multiple team members administrate the same space for documentation/planning/etc.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

There's honestly not much to dislike. I suppose if I had one gripe it would be that it took me some time to figure out how to share a link to a specific page in my Coda space rather than just the index page.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team uses Coda to document our half-year roadmaps and key projects, demonstrating things like capacity planning for our engineering teams, cross-team dependencies, and potential risks. We also use Coda as a wiki to track product briefs for these projects, open questions, etc.

  ### 5. Game changer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

Coda has as its major perk the flexibility.
It's a tool that allows to go with simple docs and content creation, data manipulation at a high level up to the creation of effective full fledged applications with user active interactions and automations.
From task management, to basic CRM activities, to marketing planning to budgeting it's really easy to go from zero to productivity in a quick and very intuitive way.
It's aimed to be a non-coder friendly tool; however, most of the potentials come out with a little ok coding background.
Its support community is very active and helpful on this matter.

Overall perfect for a small-mid company to increase productivity and efficiency; in an enjoyable way.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

It is a growing product, therefore many limitations currently perceived are usually sorted out in an acceptable timing.
However some UI enhancements (such as dark theming) or the possibility to autonomously build third parties integrations (Packs) would be very welcome.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Handling everyday administrative/service line of a company

  ### 6. Flexible and smart

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

Once you created a table you can use it in various way!

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

Filtering tables is not as intuitive as google sheet

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am managing my product baclog projects and weeklys

  ### 7. The Future of Documents is Here

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JEFFRI T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

You can combine text documents and tables in one space. No need to open separate documents. You can use various combinations of views and options and formulas to virtually create any kinds of documents from simple text to project management.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

There are still some rooms to improve at the UI and UX part. It would be nice if users can navigate documents like they navigate files and folders using a file explorer. And for first-time users, there is a bit of learning curve to be able to use Coda optimally.

**Recommendations to others considering Superhuman Docs:**

If you are tired of using many apps to do and manage your job, try Coda.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of opening many applications, now I can work (almost) solely using Coda. From managing a daily to-do list to managing student's scores and attendance to planning classes to preparing teaching materials.

  ### 8. The next generation app Maker!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

I've been able thanks to coda to fully develop a complex nutritional app with many many features.
Developing the same project using the average path would have take me at least 50.000$ of developers, designers, marketers, ecc.
In some month i've builded the entire app by myself and in the next year i've made it the most versatile and one of the most complete nutritional app for pets in the market, creating innovation from nothing nearly free.
This innovation will follow my project in all his aspect, to give an example, it's from day one mobile friendly, so if coda update my app is updated in the same time!
And coda team is really open to listen to all different user cases in the community or by support chat

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

What i do not like about coda is that they are a little bit too much business-oriented app-maker.
What do i mean is that because of this initial first phase out of the beta coda needed paying people, they have started preparing special features intended for those category of users, that in my opinion greatly limits the makers (who that makes app on coda) who are not managing their business but instead that have created their business in coda, giving them less update and less focused on the real app-building and more on integrations with various service to better manage your company (that it's surely nice for many people but not for pet's nutritionist)

**Recommendations to others considering Superhuman Docs:**

Try coda, the first few weeks can be a little "harder" because of the learning curve but then you'll really feel empowered whatever type of data you have!

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to coda i have been finally able to meet my dream-goal of creating a complex but modern applicative to put pet's nutrition into the hand of their parents again, helping those people to verify and manage effortless all the technical data of their pets.
I've searched every possible alternative solution before choosing coda, and no other "app maker" or "no-code software creator" have a comparable incredibly modern approach in their development philosophy, and this aspect is finally reflected in my app, so yeah that's an important one!
From the technical point of view coda allowed me to manage 3 complete big dataset of nutritional values of many many rows and columns, and to elaborate those into recipes to have full insight into foods and all of his nutrients, allowing users to save those in their profile (who is completed with notifications, social actions between users, all their pets and recipes and personal ingredients ecc)
Then i've generated really complex (and dynamic) reports from those datas that can be used also by professionals on the field
This is an important point because i was not only able to finally replace the spreadsheet by also to create a better tool for professionals!
Least but no last all of those magic things are completely editable by anyone, actually creating the possibility for everyone to improve this app without any experience in coding or developing, way easier than what they would have done on excel.
For me coda is that irreplaceable, giving me this amazing opportunity to create a business opportunity all by myself, in no other way i could reach the same goals, so yeah, try coda and in a certain moment you'll realize that you are thinking "in coda terms" wherever you see datas (form your library to your favourite breakfast, passing from your music library and your friends, personally i've also helped every people i've introduced coda to, and all of them agreed that it's a game changer, to be more precise i've use coda also to plan an innovative 3000+ people music festival in nearly all of his aspect and to manage an alternative eco-friendly community of artists in all of their works (just to say, people managing, event attendences, analytics of people flow, managing of the greeny in the vegetable garden)
Possibilities are limitless with coda and you will never-ever-ever use excel anymore if not to prepare your data to get them on coda, your friends will like it too!

  ### 9. I can't stop making mini apps for everything

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael T. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

I never learned to code seriously and since life is hectic and I am always pressed for time, I thought that the world of programming and app making would always be out of reach. I took a dip in Coda when it was still in beta and since then I am amazed at all the things I have managed to do.
I feel like I have a full stack developer working in the background making things work, connecting databases, services, doing magical things that I may never understand. All the while, I can create powerful little apps that meet my goals in very little time. Everything works surprisingly smoothly. And I still can't code outside of Coda.
To sum up, I think my favourite things are: speed and efficiency of developing new apps, ease of using and connecting multiple databases. This includes internal databases and external sources, e.g. Shopify, Gmail.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

Sometimes very complex databases and calculations can slow down a doc. But things have been getting faster.

**Recommendations to others considering Superhuman Docs:**

Making multiple views of tables is a joy. Create temporary views to achieve specific goals while you code, then delete them, so zen. With filter() and lookup() you can do magic. Then play with FormulaMap() and you feel like you are levitating. :) I'm not a programmer, so all these has felt like I have super powers now.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There's two broad categories of apps I have made for my team: data management and automation of repetitive tasks.

We have a bunch of apps to better manage internal data and organise, e.g. a database of all our products, a calendar to manage holiday leave, an app to manage customer returns (that connects with a Google form), some specific apps for developing and managing marketing material. These are persistent apps that keep evolving. Some, like the product database, used to be a collection of spreadsheets where we collected SKUs, barcodes, etc before we could input them in our ecommerce and so on. Now the product database is a vibrant app full of functionality and little quality of life features. It's connected with Shopify, can auto-generate SKUs, auto-asign barcodes and generate vector art for them, all sorts of fun stuff. Essentially, we have patched all the little functionality holes that our ecommerce and inventory control software had.

The other category of automation apps revolves around processing data, usually CSVs that are passed on to us by partner companies (e.g. fulfilment centre) and data exports and processing for bookkeeping (e.g. importing data into our tax software). We used to have to process CSVs in Libre Office, nothing else to do when all we had was a CSV. Now in Coda, we copy the data in an app and press a button. Data is processed exactly as we want it and we can save it to a CSV if we need to to pass into other software. We are saving tens of hours every month while keeping sane.

On a side note, I also use Coda a lot for personal uses: a journal, a movie list, lots of apps to support my pen and paper RPG hobby (where I have spent too much time making a monster app that keeps track of too many things! great fun and upped my coding skill).

  ### 10. Coda is spreadsheets + custom app creator on easy mode

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

What I like most about Coda is the rare combination of power and ease of use. Coda tables can do everything spreadsheets can do, but they hold your hand the whole way through and streamline the creation process. It's actually very difficult to make a mistake as you create. And for advanced users, Coda's formula language combined with controls on the canvas and data in your tables will not stop you from any custom solution you can think of. It is far more powerful than Notion, Coda's lookalike.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

Coda is pretty plain to look at. Most views of your data will be skinny grey separator lines, and the "details" view could use a makeover. There is little you can do to customize the look of it beyond changing a few colours (unless you are willing to get into the CSS).

Secondly, the app is simply a wrapper around the mobile web-app, which could definitely use some improvement for usability.

Thirdly, although Coda allows "locking" at the page-level (on Team subscription and upward), there is no easy way to set granular user permissions in a given doc. Only "view" or "edit".

**Recommendations to others considering Superhuman Docs:**

Coda is the best at what it does. If you are looking to build custom workflows and/or empower non-technical users to build custom workflows with structured data, Coda is the way to go.

However, if you need a spiffy mobile app, Coda is limited there (at the time of writing). You should look for custom-app-making solutions.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coda is so flexible, powerful, and easy to use that I have started using to to track just about everything that fits into a relational database.
 I am using Coda for:
  *  Personal Task Manager
  *  CRM
  *  HR Dashboard
  *  Company Knowledge Base
  *  Interactive Training Manual
  * Book a meeting with me

In each of these diverse cases, I am able to get Coda to do exactly what I want it to do.

  ### 11. Excellent Service Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2021

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

That i could contact people to help me and they would answer right away!

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

I dont have a comparison, of course coding stuff was a bit clumsy in the beginning but i am sure this was on me :D

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I could code a random image selector that is super helpful to prototype a new product (and i will continue working on it)

  ### 12. Coda helps my team manage meeting notes, timelines, and more in a centralized location

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2021

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

Coda centralizes the project management for projects

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

Most engineers are used to and enjoy the functionality in google drive so adoption on the team has been slow for some.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coda helps centralize notes, planning, etc. Docs can easily get lost within Google Drive and links can become overwhelming. Structuring within coda enables the team to jump to the section and content needed much easier.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sital V. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

The flexibility and ability to share content with different stakeholders in ways useful to them. It's easy to get people started by sharing a document you have been working on then your team is able to quickly pick it up and start creating things on their own. The next evolution of google sheets for our team.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

Its a little pricey so you have to sell the rest of your team on it.

**Recommendations to others considering Superhuman Docs:**

Its totally worth the early leaning curve.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to various forms of documentation related to health care in ways that each stakeholder can use.

  ### 17. Easy-to-use collaborative document editor combining spreadsheet and words together

**Recommendations to others considering Superhuman Docs:**

Being able to handle large files with faster experience.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I need to create a document that has a spreadsheet AND also needs words to add context or needs actions to be more productive. In my case, every time I create a new project for my clients that require marketing services.

  ### 18. Managing projects has never been easier

  ### 19. All in One Program

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

We like the connectivity to various services which we already use. And the regular updates to help improve and partner with other 3rd party services. We are able to custom design a system which specifically suits our sales and ordering process.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

We use numerous documents which serve different purposes within our business. At times it becomes frustrating to have to refresh or wait an hour for information from a different document to sync. A faster sync time would be preferred.

**Recommendations to others considering Superhuman Docs:**

When setup and live, our team has been able to use it without too many complaints

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to utilize both the desktop and mobile version for our employees who work remotely. They are able to use Coda to record their time sheets, send out invoices and automatically have their hours incorporated into our costing reports.

  ### 20. Great tool for teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bianca L. | Customer Support Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

I like the flexibility you have to create documents that fits your specific needs.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

Some of the downsides are that it's missing some of the features available on Docs, For example, linking to a particular part in a paragraph and other little things, but nothing to deter you from using the product.

**Recommendations to others considering Superhuman Docs:**

Definitely give it a try, it's a bit of a learning curve, but you'll be glad you tried it.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm hoping to solve the issue of things being across multiple platforms. This will allow us to have a central location to store our important docs. It will allow us to collectively create streamline processes and become more efficient. We are still testing things out, but so far so good.

  ### 21. Very flexible and powerful

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

Having the power of a database with flexibility of a doc. It allows for storing, interacting and presenting data on a single platform.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

iPhone app could use a performance upgrade.

**Recommendations to others considering Superhuman Docs:**

Due to it's increased flexibility, it has a higher learning curve that Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, etc. It still has room to grow for handling large data sets.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nearly all administration for managing construction company. Coda and Zapier paired together allow me to create a platform that all managers can interact with their relevant data in a single location.

  ### 22. Better than excel

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

It takes a smal time investment to under the formulas. BUT Maria's video lessons gave me the info needed.

**Recommendations to others considering Superhuman Docs:**

Get it, it is easy to learn and extremely powerful

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm doing audits with complex formulas for my clients. I can use my Coda doc and then share the results in a meaningful way with the clients and it now takes much time.

  ### 24. The Ultimate Collaboration/Project Tracking Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

I love how the whole platform can be used with any browser, no need to download anything. I love how it functions like excel but less complicated with a ton of features from automation to API intergrations with your new or existing data.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

There isn't much that I didn't like about coda if I had to choose one little thing is the lack of some API integrations that I wish existed.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved many problems from tracking time for employees, automated some tedious tasks that I use to do manually that would take a very long time, and overall just a good project management tool.

  ### 25. The Beyond-Spreadsheet Solution Our Clients Were Looking For

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

Coda has allowed us to move giant multi-spreadsheet solutions to single Coda doc solutions that allow for much better collaboration and transparency. Not to mention all the easy-to-use automation for pushing updates to Slack, etc.

Coda also allows you to use formulas within the body of a page, not just inside of a table. This is amazing for adding real-time figures inside of a sentence or at the top of a page where everyone can quickly check of what's happening with the larger tables that live throughout the doc.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

The bar has been a little high for some of our less tech-savvy clients. But with Coda, we'll usually make a simple How To Manual where we can even include GIFs on how to do simple actions, and a lot of our clients have come to love Coda because of it.

Many things that I disliked have been addressed one by one as Coda is constantly releasing new features. Things like collapsable accordion-like sections and easy drag and drop are a couple of examples of updates that have made me trust that Coda is continually working to make their product great.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're consolidating tons of information, streamlining data input, automating boring tasks, and letting everyone collaborate inside a single doc. This saves everyone a lot of time — Coda is much more flexible than (sometimes multiple) spreadsheets when it comes to making changes, so we can easily adapt to client needs.

Coda table columns are all semantic, and any formulas referencing them are updated when the column name changes. Comparing this to a spreadsheet, it saves so much time and is so much more intuitive than trying to reference Col AW in Col BC

  ### 26. Your best Note & Productivity App, bye bye Notion

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dan J. | Co-Founder & Director of Marketing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

Better UI than Notion, Faster than Notion, and Automation!

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

Mobile app is bit slow but has a great user interface

**Recommendations to others considering Superhuman Docs:**

If you are currently using Notion, I do recommend try out Coda.

Much better SaaS with better UI and UX

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I manage all my personal data and business docs through Coda, Coda offers an automation with API and it works super great if you need any automation process for your data.

  ### 27. CODA is one of a kind and does it all!

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

Their team is super responsive and upbeat. They are constantly changing the program for the better.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

There are some size limitations that can make things tricky.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use CODA to run a small business. The pricing structure is great. They have an excellent API which I use with Google Scripts when needed. Their Pacs(Plugins) are well thought out and save time linking with popular programs

  ### 28. The Future of Productivity is here!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aswanth Selva P. | Account Executive - US East, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

Coda is a super-doc. It takes the best of Docs and Spreadsheets and comes up with a whole new level of automation, trigger, control abilities that makes a Coda doc as powerful as an app.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

The formatting options are less. Wish I can bold the headings.
No Dark Mode yet.
No way to properly print the docs.

But, the best part is that the Coda community is buzzing and the product managers are quick and smart to address the requests.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been using it for a variety of jobs. From text documenting, making to-do list, project plans, tour planning, self journal, etc.
The fact that you can create a near app like doc with no-code (Only Coda is required :)) is simply mindblowing!

  ### 29. Coda is everything the marketing says it is. And very easy to use.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Printing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

I really like how easy it is to integrate data into my notes. It's remarkable how accessible the data is anywhere in the coda document. Just by typing I can refer to any given datapoint in any table in the document. And it will update automatically as the data changes.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

Large tables with many rows and many columns can feel bulky and clumsy to interact with.

**Recommendations to others considering Superhuman Docs:**

Use Coda if you like clean, simple, intuitive. It takes time to learn just like everything else but the time saved in efficiency will pay off.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've made a simple CRM tool for my lawn care side hustle and am working on building out a larger system for documenting and tracking progress for another larger side hustle.

  ### 30. Just what I was looking for

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

Wish it had more integrations and automation

Nope

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a CEO, it allows me to bring multiple departments together and share information.

  ### 31. Handy, but you need to enjoy exploring

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Niels M. | Video Producer, Graphic Designer and Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

The flexibility of the docs and the constant development the team puts into it.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

If I want to do something a little more advanced it is a tat too difficult to figure out. The support team does, however, prove helpful.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can control complex projects relatively easily, and get a better overview

  ### 32. Great app, very flexible and headed in the right direction

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karsh K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

The flexibility - you can do everything from planning, note-taking, journaling to product sprints on Coda.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

Some features that product management tools provide like Asana are missing (e.g. adding followers to a task) and most importantly a good mobile app.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personal planning, product planning, sprint tasks

  ### 33. It’s the best MVP creation spot on the web

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2020

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

Easy to build out real app ideas and interactions as easy as you’d build a table

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

Can’t scale up a full app by paying for more memory use - but this is totally understandable

**Recommendations to others considering Superhuman Docs:**

Get in and play and take the little courses they have

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Built a few apps - imagine that spot where a doc doesn’t need a ton but could be more of an app - collect receipts, track clients, create a funnel, etc -

  ### 34. It's very much what I was looking for

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eber C. | Director de proyecto, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2019

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

The capacity of easily managing docs like databases. We use it to keep track of the projects and tasks of our team. I like how tables conect and how you can have different views of them in different pages. Thus, you can have multiple lists using the very same table by filtering each view and hiding/unhiding columns. On the other hand, formulas are very easy to learn and you can relate them to other products like Excel or Power BI.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

The mobile app is very unstable. I logges out very often, and docs are slowly loaded. I do not use it very often on my phone since it is not that good. I feel like i will lose too much time waiting.

It still does not have enough format/design options (though they announced it will be enhanced soon). Then, docs might seem very dull.

I have tried to find some sort of progress bar. Since I use it for project management, that ould be very useful.

I would like to be able to open rows more easily. It'd be nice if you could add a button to open them.

**Recommendations to others considering Superhuman Docs:**

You will have to understand the "row nature" of Coda in order to start making your formulas work. Once you get that, it gets pretty easy. If your coming from Notion, do not expect to much flexibility, but be happy with the things it does have.

Take advantage of views of tables and you will be able to do a lot with few tables. It is really amazing.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having problems tracking our projects and tasks because most apps didn't fit our needs. Now we can tell our app how to work. Excel would do the job, but we needed a more friendly interface. Coda has given us that ability. In our case, we divide our work in areas, then projects, then tasks and sub-tasks. We also have a "My tasks" view that varies depending on who is using it. We can also have alerts when the due date is drawing near. We can see projects separately and see how many tasks have been done, how many are pending and add new ones. We also see our team's productivity.

  ### 35. Awesome tool for automation task that are business specific

**What do you like best about Superhuman Docs?**

We recently started using Coda to help our customer service team make sure we are followed up with all of our customers and all issues are resolved. So far it has been great! Super easy to use and very helpful for our team. It is nice, at the end of the week we can resolve any unresolved issues.

**What do you dislike about Superhuman Docs?**

So far we have had no major issues to report with Coda. We are still pretty new users but from a new user perspective, I wish there was more of a 'guide' or tips and tricks. Since I am a new user it would be nice to learn some of the shortcuts to make things even easier.

**Recommendations to others considering Superhuman Docs:**

This is a great, easy to use tool that can help your team become better organized and more productive.

**What problems is Superhuman Docs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Coda, we can create a clear list of any customer issues. This helps us not only make sure that these issues get resolved but now we can see if there is any consistency with issues so if we need to fix something on our back end we can.
