CocoFax Pros and Cons

I can now send faxes from my computer. I haven't had a telephone land line for my fax machine for decades. Finally took the time to "ask the world" if there was another way. CocoFax's "pitch was very straight forward and not pushy, was quite helpful, and I decided to subscribe, with option to cancel in 30 days if dissatisfied. $5/month is not too expensive. Sent my first fax successfully, after "backing out" of "create a cover sheet" - During that process it presented 5 or more '"sample formats" for the coversheet - I didn't recognize what was being displayed - I thought it was "sending" several pages of "something" I couldn't recognize so backed out /canceled "create coversheet" and just sent the fax with my two attachments..

Typed up my question about the unrecognized things, then copied and pasted into Chat and the very nice and pleasant Chat lady immediately displayed what I'd seen and asked if that was what I was talking about. I said "Yes" and she then explained about the samples. Absolutely pleasant experience - and I have a viable and easy to use FAX capability now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part of CoCoFax is how easy it is to use. In less than 5 minutes I was able to set up my account, send the fax and received the confirmation page. If you're looking for a quick and easy way to send/receive faxes, CocoFax is the company to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cocofax has excellent customer service. I can send a fax through email or Google, and the directions make it very easy to do. I have tried other online Fax companies, and Cocofax is the best at what they do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only drawback about Cocofax is the length of time it takes to fax a document. That being said, the Faxes I do are usually 13 pages or more. I want the time it takes to send my fax, to improve from 15 minutes to 7 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The support and prices are great and reasonable. I do appreciate the first few pages being free to send.

Maybe adding a few more free pages would be nice without having to upgrade right away, but still enjoying the convenience and easy managing of faxing has helped a lot. That a credit card isnt required for the free trial. i am not a fan of giving out my credit card info to websites ive never accessed before so this was a plus. Most other sites wont even let you use a prepaid debit card... they want a credit card.. umm no thanks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was a little confused in the begining trying to send a fax but it was pretty simple to figure out however and my fax went through without a hitch. even better I didnt have to leave my house. My first fax failed as I went over the alloted free pages not knowing it automatically sent a fax. I got it sent witht the second however would love to see the cover page an easier document to edit . I can fax anywhere at any time I am not tied to a computer or having to be at my office. I can fax from my phone, on the side of the road, in the lobby of the movie theater, anywhere. I love the flexibility of being able to stop, fax, and move on with my day. I can take care of business and never miss a beat in my personal life. I love this flexibility. If I don't use for awhile, my contacts seem to disappear from my list of recent ones used. Other than that little hiccup, I have no issues with CocoFax Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used the Cocofax service only for a few months but I loved its simplicity.

I didn’t need to set up a fax number, but I got one to use anyway.

It is quite easy to use, and I am quite comfortable in sending and receiving documents via fax. This is not what I originally intended, believe me.

The cost is minimal, so it is convenient for our business needs.

I don’t use the fax very much but having gotten involved in a lawsuit over the unauthorized disbursement of funds from my Bank of America checking account. I found the need arise for fax use and I was not able to enable Microsoft Fax in Windows 11.

Setting this up was particularly easy for me. It just required my gmail credentials. The dashboard was also pretty simple to navigate. It comes with 10 free pages but my initial fax was more than that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would have liked for there to be the option to send one free fax rather than just to send 10 free pages. I think that might have improved my rating from an eight to a ten. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't like that there isn't an application for iPhone users in the iTunes Store. That would have made my life soooo much easier. Should really come out with an app for ios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
