What do you like best about Cobot?

Cobot keeps your billing under control with Billing and Payments. Although its integrations are its strongest point, it integrates with third-party software such as Zapier, Slack, Tapkey, KISI and many more, as well as payment gateways such as PayPal, Stripe, Gocardless and

What do you dislike about Cobot?

I have relatively little time using Cobit and am fascinated with its features and integrations, I find it to be fascinating and accessible software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cobot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cobot is easy to use. It is a platform that will help you automate all your payments and billing.

Cobot interfaces with great payment gateways like Stripe and Paypal. In addition, Cobot tracks each of your transactions for our greatest security. Best of all, there are no additional fees for payment processing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is Cobot?

Cobot was first developed as an in-house tool for our team to manage our own coworking space in Berlin. Pretty soon, other organizations began to ask if they could use it for their own operations, and before we knew it, we were helping coworking spaces in over 90 countries around the world. Over ten years later, we’re as passionate as ever about the possibilities of coworking and enabling a collaborative, flexible, and ethical future of work. Today, Cobot helps hundreds of coworking spaces all over the world manage their operations and grow alongside their communities. We do what we do so that each and every one of them can focus on what really matters—time with their coworkers.

We reviewed as many membership software solutions as we could and Cobot was the easiest and most comprehensive for the money. Plus the support is the best in the industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cobot?

We've only had Cobot for a few short months, but the "membership connection" portion and automatic billing have been my favorite parts of Cobot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cobot?

We haven't really had it long enough to see any really big problems, however I do notice that the calendar operations between Booking and Event's Manager are structured differently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Cobot:

Be sure to research all of the features and if you aren't the person deciding whether or not to go with Cobot, be sure to let your concerns be known in terms of how YOU will use it. It has a lot of integrations with other services, but may not use the one you use, or have a functionality that you need. Some of their operations seems to not mesh entirely with some services, so just check for yourself! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The lack of customization on the client view or member page, booking interface, and inability to create 1 off charge "plans" without the cost defaulting to $0 recurring when viewed on the member login page.... It's confusing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
