What do you like best about Coastal?

We have a consultant that we can trust as a true parter - working collaboratively as if she were a member of our own organization. We can trust that what she builds will be built correctly, that she's listened to our needs, and that Salesforce best practices will have been followed. What problems is Coastal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our Coastal Cloud consultant, Stephanie, has made a measurable improvement not only in our Salesforce ecosystem, but on our processes as a whole. During the discovery phase of a new project, she asks the right questions, respectfully pushes back against confusing parts of our processes, and helps us ultimately arrive at the right solution the first time. Previously, we'd been building in Salesforce without first examining the 'why' of our proceses - usually leading to rebuilds and inefficiency. Coastal Cloud is helping to strategize our build for Data Cloud, and helping to align our internal business partners towards a unified goal. Additional assisitance has been done in creating templates for our SFMC landing pages, as well as to create Tableau reporting to record patient encounters and tie financials to visits that result from our campaigns. Our distribution organization was not using our Salesforce instance effectively. We needed a trusted advisor to help us maximize its usage and level up our efficiency. We provided Coastal Cloud with a list of items we wanted to improve. After they got started, the project evolved as we both found new ways to innovate our org and provide more automation. Everyone we have worked with at Coastal Cloud has been super friendly and knowledgeable about anything we have asked for help with. Coastal Cloud’s Experts have helped us maximize our Salesforce instance. Primarily, our Opportunities process is very organized and tailored to our needs. Outside Partners can track their opportunities and exposure to sales while in the field while protecting our internal data. The flexibility of Coastal Cloud has helped our organization greatly because we can customize sharing rules in the way that works best for us. Additionally, the automation of Salesforce saves us lots of time when sending out a quote. What problems is Coastal solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted our current platform to be the data hub for our operational performance data. We needed to enhance it to make it more comprehensive and user-friendly. That involved adding new functional groups, new objects and fields, etc. and editing existing ones. We also needed dashboards and additional reports. We did not have the expertise within to design the architecture of this and only had minimal knowledge to execute a design.
