We chose Coastal Cloud as our Salesforce partner in implementing an end-to-end solution, that went from CRM to project management, for a sales team.  Having our entire team in one solution drives consistency in our processes and provides valuable reporting tools for the management team.

**What do you like best about Coastal?**

The Coastal Cloud team was not only knowledgable about Salesforce, but many additional app exchange offerings that would help with our solution.  They responded quickly and delivered on time.  Everyone on the team was professional and easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Coastal?**

Nothing to dislike about working with Coastal Cloud.

**What problems is Coastal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through our switch to Salesforce, we immediately realized the results of strong reporting capability.  We have access to data that wasn't available previously.  The use of Salesforce also continues to drive consistency across an ever-evolving sales team and organization.

Our old SIS was clunky and did not allow for integration with any of the other college systems.  Costal Cloud worked with us to customize a new SIS for our college.

**What do you like best about Coastal?**

Costal Cloud listened to us and worked to make a product that fit the needs of our college.

**What do you dislike about Coastal?**

Costial Cloud had to spend too much time bringing all the different external partners together.

The student experience is so much better with the solution that Coastal Cloud designed for our institutiuon.

**Describe the project or task Coastal helped with:**

The project we hired them for had 3 main components to it. We needed to 1) Track the timeline/completion of onboarding new customers and automate some onboarding steps, 2) track customer engagement with our services, and 3) give the ability to update customer information to the customer. We threw in a requirement at the beginning of discovery as we were onboarding a new event management application in Salesforce (Blackthorn) that we wanted to utilize in the customer engagement tracking. Now we are able to remove many manual steps of getting customers onboarded into our systems so that we can focus on customer intimacy and be proactive in our customer relationships instead of reactive.

**What do you like best about Coastal?**

They are extremely patient throughout the entire process and what they deliver is top notch. Not only did they check the boxes for our needs, but also provided detailed documentation that I can go back to if I need to tweak anything or troubleshoot. The documentation is also helpful for end-user training. Their communication during the process is also consistent and clear.

**What do you dislike about Coastal?**

There really isn't anything I disliked. They were flexible when changes came in (as long as it fell within scope, of course...and if it didn't they were great about communicating that and a possible solution) as well as with some scheduling conflicts.

**Recommendations to others considering Coastal:**

This team is the best to work with!

**What problems is Coastal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are removing quite a bit of manual work from our accounts team so they can focus more on the customer's experience rather than systems. We are also better able to track participation in services to gain a better picture of a customer's engagement with us. This allows us to be proactive in improving a customer's experience with us instead of reactive. All of this will also allow us to scale more efficiently and effectively.

Coastal Cloud set up our new Litify System and transferred all data from our Clio system into the new Litify system. They Configured multiple legal departments and trained us to use the system.

**What do you like best about Coastal?**

Coastal Cloud was available anytime, day or night, even weekends, to address any and all of our concerns. Helping us understand and feel comfortable using the new Litify System.

**What do you dislike about Coastal?**

I am extremely happy with everything they have done. I cannot think of anything that I disliked

**Recommendations to others considering Coastal:**

I would definitely recommend using Coastal Cloud. They saved us time and money, and made starting a new system extramly easy. Thanks to their help we were able to start using the software to its full capability faster then expected.

They helped prepare us for the launch of a new system. Without their help, we would still be configuring the system instead of using it.

Coastal Cloud helped us build a client management system from scratch.  The system includes basic demographic and contact information.  It also has multiple individualized objects which are used at different stages of engagement with our clients.  In addition to building Salesforce to meet our specific needs, they developed two APIs that enable bi-directional information sharing with our primary partners.

**What do you like best about Coastal?**

The team at Coastal Cloud is fantastic.  They are extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with.  They communicate clearly and promptly.

**What do you dislike about Coastal?**

Nothing of note.  Coastal Clour has been a great partner.

**What problems is Coastal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a system that would allow us to receive information from our partners in real-time.  Coastal Cloud solved this by creating the API and launching it with our partner.  They also provide maintenance support.  We could not do our work without the API.

Our grants and proposal team wasn't using our quoting utility fully.  Coastal Cloud custom-designed a solution that more closely matched our users' needs and reduced our ongoing software maintenance expenses.

**What do you like best about Coastal?**

Their development staff worked closely with ours to design a solution that met our needs.  Project management was excellent.  Coastal Cloud's scheduling estimates were very close to actuals and the PM actively engaged on all project issues -- resolving them to our mutual satisfaction.

**What do you dislike about Coastal?**

Nothing.  The corporate team were all well satisfied as was the end customer.

**What problems is Coastal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coastal Cloud gave us a cost-effective solution that does exactly what we need. We're not paying for bells and whistles that we don’t use. Additionally, the new custom app reduced 
 amount of manual tasks -- saving us time.

Our organization needed a way to step up our Marketing game. We were able to post to social media, make calls and schedule emails, but we had no way to track any of it. We had reached a level of maturity where we needed to see the results of our outputs.

The experience with Coastal Cloud was painless! They are a fun yet professional team to work with and are highly organized.

Coastal Cloud was incredible! The only thing that would have made things better is meeting in person vs. video chat.

**Describe the project or task Coastal helped with:**

Purcell Marian High School is unique in that there were five separate schools that make up our alumni base that now roll into Purcell Marian’s database. Each school was unique, different constituents, class year, giving history and affiliations. The donor and fundraising information was kept in disparate systems, spreadsheets, word docs, and paper files that required lots of copying and pasting, lots of looking for data manually. That was a primary goal of ours for Coastal Cloud - operating from a single source of information that we could maintain accurately and be able to provide real-time information to our Board of Trustees, constituents and inform our decisions moving forward. To solve this, Coastal Cloud implemented Salesforce’s Nonprofit Success Pack.

**What do you like best about Coastal?**

For us, being able to talk to real, life people was the best part of this experience. Katherine, Nicole, and Mike were partners in our project providing time, resources and energy to make sure our NPSP was functioning to our specifications. Their expertise in data management and personal experience in development helped tremendously to ensure we were making the right decisions.

**What do you dislike about Coastal?**

We have no dislikes with Coastal Cloud. I wish PMHS would have engaged with them sooner!

**What problems is Coastal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Much of the processes pre-NPSP were very outdated and required manual labor and a lot of time. It took hours to run reports and work out of Excel sheets which was a real strain on a Development Office who only has one employee. We have seen great improvement in the basics of gift processing, tracking, event planning and fundraising. What used to be endless folders of information tracking data and donor information now lives in the Nonprofit Success Pack.

I worked with Coastal Cloud on a HubSpot to Pardot migration. In addition to the Pardot implementation, we work with Coastal for other Salesforce support.

**What do you like best about Coastal?**

From project management and Salesforce/Pardot expertise, to listening to the client and attention to detail, the team at Coastal Cloud is one of the best service providers I've had the pleasure of working with.

Never have I ever had a project manager as wonderful as Rose. Many times (despite being assigned a project manager!), I find myself needing to do the chasing and follow-up to meet deadlines - not the case with Rose. She is ON. TOP. of it like no one else. Not only will she ensure you meet deadlines - she'll give you a smile while doing so; showing true care for her clients.  Rose is an absolute joy to work with, and played a massive part in creating a wonderful customer experience.

I was also very impressed with the team's attention to detail. We were looking for a unique to measure the marketing funnel across both leads and contacts, and Erica took the time to literally print out all our emails, and work with Seth and the team on finding a solution that met our needs. I've never had a service provider go to that level of detail -- they listened, worked with us strategically, and came up with a solution unique to our needs to give us the tracking we needed. 

Seth's knowledge and responsiveness was also outstanding. He was right there with me every step of the way to launch, there to help answer any of my questions, and take whatever action was needed to get things done. Our Pardot launch included a WordPress integration, and Seth's expertise made him my trusted go-to for a wide range of questions.

Also really appreciate the team's willingness and ability to work with us on budget, and find ways to make it work within our requirements.

**What do you dislike about Coastal?**

I just wish I could afford to keep turning to Rose, Seth, Erika and the Coastal Cloud team for more support as we keep growing!  You get what you pay for though, and the service and quality they provide speaks for itself.

Migrating all of our data and assets from HubSpot to Pardot, implementing Pardot, and other Salesforce support.

Benefits include training and a solution tailored to our business model so we can track a campaign's leads and contacts within one Salesforce report.

I honestly don't dislike anything, Coastal communicates often, and is very receptive to any changes in project goals, timelines, etc.

We were over budget, but not by a lot...

In our search for a Salesforce Consulting Partner we came across Coastal Cloud, specifically Pam Bryan and her Team of amazing talent. Over the last year Pam and her team has been an integral part of our SF transformation. They have helped take our organization from and out of the box, fragmented band-aided approach to utilizing salesforce as a customized functioning and valuable CRM.

Pam and her Team have extensive salesforce knowledge and have been an invaluable resource to our organization even when we throw them some out of the norm scenarios and processes.

Their focus is not just on the project but building true business relationships and maintain a genuine interest in our companies success. Our team worked with Ember and Andrew from Coastal on a mutual customer. The customer needed our application to incorporate payments into their membership flow. This was my first time working with Ember and Andrew and they delivered an amazing solution to the customer with our product with very minimal support.

**What do you like best about Coastal?**

The best part was their knowledge of the customer's use case and expectations. From there it was getting them the best solution with our product based on the need.

Nothing. We had normal cadences and no issues arose.

Some of the necessary tools for our team were no longer supported in Salesforce Classic.
Coastal Cloud assisted with our Lightning Migration and ensured that the necessary data was
smoothly converted.

**What do you like best about Coastal?**

Our teams get along great! Coastal Cloud is professional and communicative. I especially appreciated the documentation in the status review meetings so that we were all on the same page.

**What do you dislike about Coastal?**

I cannot think of anything that we disliked.

**Recommendations to others considering Coastal:**

I would recommend Coastal Cloud to anyone for their SFDC needs. We had a tight deadline to migrate our rather complex org from Classic to Lightning and they did an excellent job. We had a couple of status meetings each week with the risk, status, action items, and budget status. I greatly appreciated that our contacts at Coastal Cloud were open to joining a group slack channel so that we could have more immediate communication. Additionally, the UAT application that they introduced us to is excellent, we moved away from our excel test script templates to it instead. We launched the project on time and a little above budget due to unplanned post-launch activities. Overall we were very happy with the result and plan on using Coastal Cloud again for other projects.

Coastal Cloud understands that it is in our best interest to have the most updated versions for
our company to run efficiently.

Coastal Cloud set up our initial implementation of Salesforce in 2013, importing and organizing data from 9 different databases and customizing our instance to fit our needs as an economic development organization and not a traditional sales department. Coastal Cloud has continued to support us as we work to improve and expand the capabilities of our CRM.

**What do you like best about Coastal?**

I like that, not only can I call on the Coastal Cloud consultants to assist me with issues when needed, they have trained me and continue to teach me how to do many things for myself so I can handle many problems and user requests on my own.

**What do you dislike about Coastal?**

Since Salesforce is geared toward a traditional sales model, some of the functionality does not work for our line of business, but Coastal Cloud has done their best to accommodate our needs by creating custom objects that allow us to accomplish what we need to.

**Recommendations to others considering Coastal:**

A+ for cost, responsiveness, expertise and training.

They really help us keep our skills sharp. If we come to them with a problem, they usually have a solution. If they don’t, they quickly find one. Our teams have benefitted from a Salesforce CRM because it creates a single source of truth.

We found ourselves with two different teams working out of two separate SalesForce instances. Our sales teams were duplicating processes and revealing inefficiencies. We needed to consolidate and streamline our system so that our teams could work efficiently out of a single system.

**What do you like best about Coastal?**

We like that the project was on time and under budget! We enjoyed working with Eric Schmedeman as our Senior consultant/project leader who has excellent solutions and the team he brought in to help. Richa Sharma was great to work with through our Lightning conversion, and Tyler Beckett is a data master who helped so much to combine our 2 SalesForce instances.

We cannot think of anything to dislike about Coastal Cloud.

After an Org Migration and a Lightning Migration with Coastal Cloud, we are streamlined and functioning better than we could have imagined! They were a very skilled group of individuals who have a vast understanding of Salesforce. The team (Alex and Cameron) were conscientious about using their allotted time to complete projects. I also appreciated that they provided me a quote and completed the project within those parameters, a very professional team.  We have also been working with them to help us achieve completion on a list of backlog items that we did not have the resources to finish.

There were several projects Coastal Cloud helped with; the first was the build of a custom grants management solution that allowed LISC to manage and track the intake and disbursement of over $200 million in small business grants. This solution helped small businesses in traditionally marginalized communities through financial support during COVID. The other projects allowed LISC to accelerate our use of Salesforce and automate some of our business processes.

**What do you like best about Coastal?**

Coastal has a strong breadth and depth of knowledge in Salesforce and building custom solutions.  Their team members are top-notch, and they do not nickel and dime the customer with ridiculous charges.

**What do you dislike about Coastal?**

Because of how thorough they are, their process can be a little bit slow.  However, after discussions on the urgency of some of the projects, they were able to pivot and provide excellent results in a short period of time.

**Recommendations to others considering Coastal:**

Allow the ability to choose two or more industries.  Some companies have complex structures and fit into multiple industries.

**What problems is Coastal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

LISC needs to move and consolidate our legacy systems and disparate technologies into Salesforce. We started this initiative on our own, but we soon realized we did not have the expertise and chose to outsource. Through an exhaustive RFP process, we decided Coastal Cloud is the best option assist us in this effort. By leveraging their expertise, we have and continue to work towards solving this problem as well as implement some unplanned technology solutions as they pop up.

As we grow as a business, they have been able to learn how our processes work and cater to our specific, customized needs.  They are educated on the new functionality that Lightning provides and are able to provide the best options for us.

The industry knowledge that Coastal Cloud provides is a positive for us, in addition to the expertise the programmer have on Lightning and the plug--in options.  Stacy Hyatt is our main contact and knows the ins and outs of our programming from the start, which helps tremendously when we are creating new processes and workflows. We implemented Salesforce in 2016 as part of a long term strategic effort in an entire system update/integration project. We were already seeing huge benefits from Salesforce, and during this past fiscal year, the accounting system was our next step after several other integrations (LMS, member community, mobile app, event registration system, etc). Our goals were to improve efficiency, visibility, automation, etc. Aligning our accounting, donation, chapter, student, alumni and inventory information into one place would take our success a step further. We needed to streamline reporting, and diversify the way we could view our data.

**What do you like best about Coastal?**

The Coastal Cloud team is fantastic. We are now moving into Phase 2 as well as continued training. Never considered moving away from Coastal Cloud after the initial build/integration. They met our requirements, and performed detailed training. They are easy-going, yet experienced!

Really nothing to dislike from a Coastal Cloud perspective. All went, and continues to go, well.

In addition to an Accounting Seed integration, Coastal Cloud also integrated with existing apps we heavily relied on. The integrations were smooth, and everything works together seamlessly. Their knowledge and experience with different apps is evident. We especially love our reporting capabilities which give our management visibility into pieces of the organization we previously did not have. Inventory management is a breeze, and we are able to conform to common accounting standards through Accounting Seed. Coupled with Salesforce, this tool is extremely helpful, especially with so much to manage like donations and personal information.

We were looking for an implementation partner who truly listened to what we wanted to do.  

What we were not looking for was someone who told us how they have always done it.

What was got was a partner who truly listened and got us off the ground in under 90 days.  Many will tell you that you cannot do a deployment in 90 days of Gainsight, but I can tell you, not only did we accomplish that goal, but we also did not cut any corners to make an arbitrary date.  We went live a year ago, and nothing we put into play on day 1 has caused us any issues.  In fact the work we did enabled us to follow a Crawl, Walk, Run deployment methodology, and got us up and running quicker than expected.

**What do you like best about Coastal?**

Lori and Tara cared about what we wanted to do.  They were not just players in the game, rather they were invested in our success and we knew that based on each call we had with them.

There were a few blips, and Coastal Cloud did not go dark on the weekend, instead they worked the issue each time and when we walked into the office on Monday the issue was resolved.

**What do you dislike about Coastal?**

Wish I had the foresight to think beyond the first 90 days.  I needed to capture usage data, and I could have and should have added that into my initial focus, with this team, I know we would have made it happen.

Work with them with confidence.  If I have a chance I will work them again, because they truly partner with you the client.

We are using Gainsight to assess the overall health of our customers, providing a 360 degree view of our customer base and Customer Success Engagement models to reduce churn.

Today we are monitoring over 700 accounts and able to review product usage, and support usage for each customer.  Gainsight has allowed us to automate those interactions making the job of the Customer Success Manager easier.

Basically, Coastal Cloud, shoutout to Marc Lester, more specifically, has taking our enormous amounts of data from many different sources and pulled it all into one location for convenience and ease. They have listened to what we are trying to accomplish and in turn created solutions tailored to fit our already in place processes that make them all the more efficient. Internal communications amongst our team is at the highest it's ever been and keeping track of progress and goals is easy as 1,2,3. The customization and solutions created by this team has instilled such confidence within our organization that it's never a question in whether or not to give them a call.

Landstar needed to migrate to the Salesforce Lightning product and did not have the necessary knowledge/experience to do it ourselves. Our Salesforce Classic instance had a very poor adoption record by our Sales team. We needed a product that would assist them in their daily task not slow them down. We also needed to pull together information from outdated systems. Our bid tool had been built in 2014 and it was clear that we needed to update our processes to ensure we connected it all fluidly.

Coastal Cloud completed a review of our system. They then gave us a comprehensive recommendation and quote. Once the project started communication was open and collaborative. They listened to our wants and needs and found solutions to our problems. The end result was a product that was immediately adopted by our Sales team. When we have needed to tweak the tool Coastal Cloud has assisted. Our second major project with Coastal Cloud was updating to Salesforce Lightning. Lightning has allowed us to have insight into our Sales team and to build valuable measurements.

We really lacked a system that could keep up with the business we do with our customers. Our organization matches at risk community members to opportunities such as education, housing and employment. Coastal Cloud was able to allow our clients to set up and manage their own online profiles. With this solution, their information is stored in a secure way.

**What do you like best about Coastal?**

The team really knew what they were doing. It was clear they had worked in the Non Profit space before. They understood our constraints and were very flexible. On the technical side, they also showed experience with the solution from the business exploration all the way to end-to-end testing and training.

**What do you dislike about Coastal?**

Nothing to do with the team. As someone who has managed many apps/softwares, I sometimes found it challenging to use SF as a base, because it creates some design and development constraints. The team did a great job of trying their best to work around those roadblocks, though, which we appreciated very much.

We brought them on to migrate our salesforce from an old instance to a new one, along with our Hubspot setup. The timeframe was a very small window, which proved how well they execute large migrations like this

Salesforce migrations are massive projects and since this was our first one, we loved the guidance they gave, timelines, milestones and status updates. They provided great insights into best practices and truly understood the goals we were working towards.

We had 2 months to be out of our old salesforce instance and setup into our new one - this problem was solved and the benefits are a perfectly working instance that our team is working much more efficiently in. Another problem was the number of spreadsheets myself and our team was managing because we weren't confident in the data and process in our old instance. As of today, I've eliminated at least 10 spreadsheets and I'd say my team had roughly 12 eliminated. Now we're working efficiently and confident in the data.

Our company is over 100 years old and in the manufacturing field. After an amazing discovery Coastal Cloud brought to us a solution that took us from 1989 to 2019 (at the time). I have never seen digital transformation done this way. Coastal used the agile approach, listened to us, gave us suggestions that will set us apart from our competitors. The goal is to run our manufacturing plants and distribution from an iPad. Coastal will get us there.

The people at Coastal Cloud are what sets them apart. Working with a flexible, professional, and fun team made this project enjoyable. Their expertise is unmatched, and they are problem solvers. We completely trust them and their ability to take care of our important data and create a solution that will set us up for success.

CPQ is well worth it and any business that wants to get to the next level, this is the product and the team to make it happen.

We lacked the ability to connect our ERP, to Finances, to Accounts and so forth. Our data was located in several different systems, making it difficult to remain efficient. Simple tasks were overly complicated and took up too much time. We integrated 2 legacy ERP systems with a great middleware program and rolled it all up into CPQ for an experience our customer will never expect. Through Coastal Cloud’s guidance, we now experience a streamlined way of accessing information. We can monitor everything from leads, accounts, to the sales lifecycle and warranty process.

Our goal was to implement a way to begin serving clients electronically, as well as to better track our client's preferred communication methods. Coastal Cloud introduced us to tools that could integrate well with NPSP - and these tools are proving more useful than we ever imagined as we explore ways to serve our clients in a more social-distanced manner.

They provided clear trainings to both users and our admin so that we are able to manage - and expand - these solutions as we move forward.

Coastal Cloud provided a professional solution and communicated clearly each step of the way. We especially appreciated the team's expertise and prior experience in the nonprofit sector. This prior knowledge and common understanding of nonprofit needs built our trust in their capabilities, insights, and guidance.

We only dislike that we had not found them sooner! We’ve had difficult IT projects in the past, and we are grateful that this one has been successful.

Because of their efforts, we are able to better serve our clients in a more efficient, accurate, and safe manner. I would highly recommend them for future projects.

With Coastal Cloud’s solution, we have been able to significantly decrease the amount of paper we use on a daily basis. Forms and information are now accessed completely online. This has cut down on a huge amount of manual tasks for which our team was previously responsible.

This project also allows us to trust that our client data is accurate. The reduction of the likelihood of human error allows us to better serve our clients. And by better guiding our volunteers, they will be able to spend more time interacting with clients and less on worrying about making mistakes.

In an environment where virtual volunteering is becoming more essential, these forms can guide our volunteers without trainers being on-site. 

Coastal Cloud also made digital enhancements to our volunteer program for a smoother experience.

We recently implemented CPQ+ into our Salesforce org.  We wanted this completed within 90 days +/-.  This included loading thousands of products, automating documents to be attached to quotes and contracts, setup of Conga Composer and Conga Sign, generation of output documents, and training for our Salesforce Admin and power users.

**What do you like best about Coastal?**

Constant feedback and quick response times.  Our project manager setup weekly Sync Up meetings and even after Go Live, Coastal Cloud always responded within 1-2 hours to any issues we ran into.

**What do you dislike about Coastal?**

I would not change anything about our experience with Coastal Cloud.  They are an outstanding partner.

Coastal Cloud assisted us to redevelop our quoting and contract process with CPQ.  They are very knowledgeable about the applications, and took the time to learn our business in order to give us the best solutions possible. Our goal for Coastal Cloud was to help us fully integrate our existing Salesforce instance with Pardot. We needed a marketing tool that connected with the system we already used. Additionally, we wanted our different teams using the same tool so that work was consistent and standard. Coastal Cloud helped us achieve this and it has been a great partnership!

The Coastal Cloud team is full of problem solvers! We ran into an issue during the project, and the team wasted no time figuring it out. We felt well-trained and prepared to use Pardot.

Wish we would have found them prior to this project / on previous projects or use 40 characters to write there is nothing to mention in terms of dislike on the teamwork with Coastal Cloud (this is not a review of Salesforce or any products, only Coastal Cloud)

One of the essential must haves for our organization is to have the ability to match up employers with youth in the area looking for work in our SummerWorks Program.  Before working with Coastal Cloud, we need a much more efficient way to execute on this function. Separate from the matching process, we wanted to deepen our ability to understand the entire lifecycle of the youth and employer relationship. In addition, our small team also lacked ways to mass communicate to our youth participants and  deploy information at scale. These were some goals we negotiated for Coastal Cloud to help us achieve.

**What do you like best about Coastal?**

The team! The people at Coastal Cloud are professional,  accessible, flexible and patient. This partnership has remained very important to us, and we trust Coastal Cloud to get the work done correct and in a timely manner. They have experience in the Government sector, so they understand various constraints and demonstrated an ability to adjust as situations emerge with public work.

**What do you dislike about Coastal?**

We dislike that all of our experiences have not always been as good as the experience we have with Coastal Cloud. We wish we could have found them long before we did.

**What problems is Coastal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since partnering with Coastal Cloud, we have a better understanding of the impact Summerworks is making in the community and in the lives of young people. In consultation with Coastal Cloud we have developed a systemized process for matching youth with employers, and we can now track those matches and better understand how they progress. We have experienced less manual processes for day-to-day work, and we are able to send SMS messages to reach and communicate with large stakeholder groups with ease!

Coastal Cloud successfully assisted us with building a new application to review incoming customer requests and streamline the review and approval process that spanned multiple departments and external partners.  With Coastal Cloud’s help, we were able to replace a paper- and labor-intensive process and implement a more efficient way of capturing and transporting data. We now have a single centralized place for our team, as well as partners, to collaborate on decisions which greatly alleviated the inconvenience of back and forth correspondence. We were even able to migrate all historical data to our new application!

We loved how flexible the team was. They were able to absorb new requirements into the project, go with the flow and even collaborate with us on our own project management tool . The people at Coastal Cloud are EASY to work with!

Before the project started, we operated out of 8 different systems. We really wanted to streamline operations and reduce the number of systems we had to touch. Managing processes in spreadsheets was something we really wanted to get rid of. Coastal Cloud was able to utilize Salesforce to keep everything in one place, giving us a 360 degree view. Not to mention, the automation and triggers in place makes our day-to-day tasks, like scheduling, much easier.  Prior to this partnership, we also lacked geographic visibility. Now, we can see where our service requests are, and decide which technician is the best representative.

**What do you like best about Coastal?**

The people! The teams got along well. With extensive testing, it took alot of cooperation and communication. It truly took a room full of people to get this solution up and running, so we are grateful for the Coastal Cloud Team. They provided invaluable insight, especially in the early phases of the project to help us determine exactly how to leverage Salesforce functionality to make the best solution for our needs. The solution we arrived at allows for businesses in the Orlando area affected by the COVID-19 pandemic to reach out to our organization to facilitate access to available information and financial resources. They helped us set up a phone and email responsive resource center that makes it easy for businesses to access support in this difficult time.

The team’s expertise and communication. The Coastal Cloud team was highly responsive and efficient throughout the entire process. Not only was the project completed on time and at budget, but also was comprehensive and user-friendly.
