**What do you like best about Coast?**

I use Coast for our company fleet's gas cards, and I like the cash back benefits we receive. The gas card security is amazing, ensuring that no one outside of our fleet can use them. I also appreciate that we can establish our own policies through the cards. The system is really easy to use, and it's great that changes can be made without needing assistance from an agent.

**What do you dislike about Coast?**

I would say the timing on when the gas cards come in could be faster. When we need technicians to have a gas card, they have to wait to be compensated. If you can do free expedited shipping that would help a ton.

**What problems is Coast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Coast for gas cards to secure our fleet purchases and enjoy benefits like cash back. It's user-friendly and allows self-service policy adjustments, which streamlines changes without needing support.

**What do you like best about Coast?**

The most helpful thing about Coast is its theft detection. When it’s linked with Samsara, I can get flags to investigate situations like fuel purchases made when the vehicle’s GPS doesn’t show it at the gas station, or when the fuel tank level doesn’t rise after a fuel stop. Because of this, we’ve been able to reduce fuel theft within the company.

**What do you dislike about Coast?**

For me, the only downside to Coast is that there’s no way to track physical card shipments when you use their free shipping option.

**What problems is Coast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coast has helped us crack down on internal fuel theft. It also makes it easier to see our fuel purchases clearly categorized, such as vehicle fuel charges, equipment fuel purchases, DEF, and more.

What is most helpful about using Coast is the accessibility of the website, it is very easy to look through and find specific transactions in our account. To have all of our company cards in one place and be able to cost our jobs in one place is very convenient.

Honestly, I haven’t run into any issues with Coast so far. And if I ever do, Coast has a wonderful team that’s ready to help with any situation.

I like that we get cash back through certain gas stations, that helps to pay our monthly fees for users. We get slightly less expensive gas, and don't have to pay to use the cards!

**What do you dislike about Coast?**

The website could be less confusing, but compared to other gas card websites we have used in the past, it is very good.

**What problems is Coast solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a gas station that was charging premium gas prices when we bought regular gas. Coast helped us report them, and then made it possible for me to make it so our cards don't work at that station so we never have to worry about the guys going there again.

This is an awesome fuel card. I can use it to get fuel and also wash my van, and the tap-to-pay feature makes everything super easy and simple.

I like that Coast provides an easy way for each of our drivers to get fuel individually. It offers a significant theft prevention feature, which has made a big difference in our monthly costs since our company was used to theft. The system is very easy to use, and setting it up was incredibly simple. I'd rate it a 10 out of 10 for recommending to friends or colleagues.

WEX unfortunately didn't have much prevention for fraud purposes. Coast prevents scammers from creating duplicate cards and saves thousands each month by preventing those transactions

I really like that with Coast, I can see who is using the card and how often. This feature allows us to effectively track how much each employee is spending, which is super helpful. Additionally, the initial setup of Coast was very easy, and I appreciate that. We also use the gas price checker that works well alongside Coast.

We have not had any complaints or issues

I love that Coast is both a Fleet Fuel card and corporate card in one single solution.  Switching to Coast enabled us to combine 3 different credit vendors into a single one, saving time and expense.

**What do you dislike about Coast?**

There are some frustrations with checking and out of cost cards for the field, and also the requirement to have a mobile app/phone.  For our employees without company phones, we'd prefer they just use the website to log their expense details/receipts.

Since we started using the Coast card, managing our company expenses has become so much easier. We can see every transaction in real time and set spending limits for each driver or vehicle, which gives us a lot more control.

One of the biggest benefits is that the card works anywhere Visa is accepted — our team isn’t limited to certain gas stations anymore. The rebates and simple monthly pricing have also helped us save money every month without the usual hidden fees you get with other cards.

Overall, Coast has really simplified how we handle fuel and fleet expenses. It’s made a big difference for our company, both in savings and in how much easier it is to track everything.

So far, everything has been working great. I haven’t run into any issues, and the card and platform meet all our needs.

Coast has really solved a lot of the headaches we used to have with tracking fleet and field expenses. Before, keeping up with fuel, maintenance, and other vehicle costs was time-consuming and sometimes messy. Now, we can see every transaction in real time, set limits for each driver or vehicle, and pull detailed reports whenever we need them.

**What do you like best about Coast?**

Coast Fuel cards have been the best thing we have done for our company.  It has saved us a significant amount of money and time by allowing us to have multiple cards to provide for our employees, rather than having to wait for one card to be used at several pumps.  The controls on the card make it very easy to track spending, who's doing it, and the alerts that you receive help you keep an eye on their spending. I would highly recommend Coast to any company that has a fleet and the rewards that you get for rebates is a great bonus.

I don't have any negative remarks for this company.

I love that it has them put the mileage in before pumping and how it has them take pictures of receipts it makes it easier to do accounting and keeping track of spending, milage and locations.

**What do you like best about Coast?**

We no longer have to constantly monitor our techs, which has been a huge improvement for us. The ability to log in and see all the details is fantastic. We can adjust their policies, set restrictions, and manage their spending limits easily. By integrating and importing our vehicles with Samsara into Coast, we’re also able to track their locations and check their odometer readings. We have about 130 managers, owners, admin and techs using these cards every day. Also, having a mobile  and a virtual card makes our lives SO much easier! Simple to access and set up.  Customer support is fantastic, as well! They quickly answer any emails with solutions.

**What do you dislike about Coast?**

I cannot think of anything I dislike. I can only say that logging in is a pain but necessary for the techs so we can see what is happening.

I like how easy it is to use both in office and in the field. It is straightforward and makes pulling reports/coding very simple.

The only downside is that sometimes the integration to QB can get messed up and then causes duplicate entries.

User friendly.  Tracks ALL of our vehicle purchases via vehicle numbers.  Customer service, if needed, are very friendly and helpful.

With the amount of money we spend, I don't feel we're getting enough rebates for the number of purchases we make.

Coast is the most amazing fuel/merchant purchase card we have used. We have had no issues using the cards, very user friendly. The management interface is extremely friendly. The support team replies fast and efficiently. We will never switch or stop using Coast!

Their customer service team truly stands out — every time we’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been quick, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care about building long-term relationships, not just selling a service.

**What do you like best about Coast?**

We switched to Coast after some deep research, looking for a fuel card that could meet all of our needs. The switch was very smooth. The setup was easy, and it's easy monitor transactions.  The pricing model and ease was everything they promised. 
   There are no hidden fees inside the bill. You only pay for what you purchase. When we call for help we get a real person. They offer a lot of different features, that come in handy when tracking fuel costs.

**What do you dislike about Coast?**

The only downside is a store nearby our shop doesn't take the card, so we have to fuel up a little further down the road.

Our previous fuel cards were unnecessarily expensive and the website was clunky. 
Coast is a modernized way that makes fuel expensing easy.

There are so many safeguards on the Coast Cards to prevent fraud. It can save an enormous amount of money and headaches. It syncs with QuickBooks. Support is almost instant, always available, friendly, knowledgeable, and great to talk to.

I haven't found anything yet but we're trying! lol We are a picky, tough group to please. This concept is fabulous! Wish I knew of them sooner.

Coast app and card controls make it easy to manage a fleet from a few vehicles to many vehicles. Controls are quite robust and can be turned on or off depending on the needs of the company. The app is very user friendly and easy to understand and the customer service if you do need help was also excellent.

I don't really have any downside but if i was forced to find one, I'd say that it is the dsame as the upside ....so many controls that i find that for our particular situation many are not necessary. I do think that they are a benefit to many companies and i love that i can turn them on and off as needed right in the app... so not really a downside. Just more robust controls than we need.

Coast has been great for our company. We utilize the fuel cards for our fleet of drivers who can make purchase daily for fuel, vehicle repairs, vehicle rentals, hotels etc. We’ve had nothing but smooth transactions and REBATES with Coast, we love it. We used to have fuel cards through a company called Comdata, but got an account with Coast when our company began to expand and we needed a company with better coverage throughout the US. Once we experienced how great Coast was we moved ALL our business away from Comdata and now we solely use Coast. It was a smooth transition & the best decision. Coast has several tools online to help monitor/control transactions & extract data. I would recommend Coast to anyone who needs to issue their employees cards for purchases. They have the best service and helpful representatives.

I do not have anything in mind that I dislike about Coast. They have been fantastic for us and we've yet to have any issues at all.

**What do you like best about Coast?**

Coast is super easy for our teams in the field to use.  They have used it more often than other cards we have made available.  It has become our number 1 card.  The fact that it integrates with Fleetio is also a huge win for us.  We are able to capture fuel and mileage in one location and get great reporting thanks to Coast.  Reviewing transactions in the system makes my day easier as well.  So many filtering options.  Anytime we have had issues which is rare and usually the fault of the station our Customer Support team has been right there to help.  Implementing the use of the card is easy as well.  We just take a new hire to a station walk them through the use and they are good to go.  One trip!

**What do you dislike about Coast?**

There really isn't anything I dislike about Coast.  If I had to think of an improvement it would probably be the fact that they don't offer a digital receipt that is easy to find and use.

Ease of use in the field!  I have nearly no phone calls regarding the use of the card.  We have some team members that just use Coast as a fuel card and others that use it has a credit card for purchases other than fuel and we love it.  If I need to turn on a future for a fuel only user I can do it in seconds and remove the privilege just as easy.  The digital cards have been helpful for me as well.  I can create digital cards for online subscriptions/reoccurring charges and track usage easily.
