The most helpful aspect of Coassemble is its customer service. Teammates make an effort to reach out to users of the platform to make sure their needs are being met and that they are receiving the support they need to build their interactive courses. Coassemble also has a repository full of helpful articles and models on how to use their product. Aside from the exceptional customer service, Coassemble also has a stunning, user-friendly course builder with a library full of interactive features. Along with the typical multiple choice and short response, Coassemble also has drag and drop, hotspots, interactive wheels, and more! The possibilities for course content are endless! One of Coassemble's limitations is that you can only use it on a subdomain. Another limitation is that there is no course catalog for potential learners to browse through. Potential learners of my site will need to be redirected to coassemble in order to enroll in a course. In addition, some of the interactive features are still being perfected. For instance, the feature that allows users to label an image using drag and drop places the tiles for dragging at the bottom instead of the side, which may lead to learners missing the tiles or getting confused about the task. Lastly, there are some limitations for course makers designing science or math courses. For quizzes and tests, math symbols need to be either copy and pasted or created as an image and then uploaded. Also, giving feedback for math and science questions is difficult because it's hard to show steps in the feedback area. The type of feedback that is best is a short message. I don't love that you need to create a new module in order to imbed a document. It would be nice it adding a document could be a screen within a module. Additionally, easier page preview access would help make things run more smoothly. Opening a new tab and needing to publish and save anything can be tedious when the change you are previewing is something small like a font or a spelling error.
