I started using Coassemble last year, and we used the "instructors tip" as narration on the module. When I first started using it, I was able to narrate directly in coassemble without having to upload a separate file, however that seems to have changed and I have to record a separate file and then upload it on my own. Coassemble provides a wide variety of learning and quiz templates. All the functionality is built-in, yet templates are fully editable if required. I can get a course up quickly or take my time and create something unique.

The support offered is fantastic and quick. They listen to our feedback and act upon it if possible.

Sometimes I and my colleagues find the system runs slowly. This can be frustrating. For us in Australia, it happens mostly on a Friday afternoon. Coassemble's interactive elements (options, ease of use, and sheer variety) are second-to-none, and honestly, not another LMS comes anywhere close.

Additionally, their service responsiveness is impeccable, as they have a wonderful team to address any questions you have, and any training you need (a wealth of webinars and other support).

Currently, this is very specific to my organization's need, but I would prefer there to be something disconnected from a course. For example, I'd like to be able to create supporting documentation without it being a course element. I've been encouraged, however, by their receptiveness to perhaps adding something like this to the product roadmap, so perhaps this will take care of itself soon!

The learning curve has been very reasonable - it's easy to use, course building is a simple process with plenty of options for instructional design, and the classes we're creating look nice and clean without us having to put in a lot of effort in terms of graphic design! It's also great that there's a SCORM file option, as we have old courses (that we put a lot of time and energy into) from our previous LMS that we were able to move into Coassemble. It can be a bit glitchy from time to time. We often need to refresh the page because it freezes, and sometimes learners will have random issues that only they experience, while everyone else doesn't seem to share the problem. Besides being a powerful and dynamic platform, the best thing about Coassemble is its dedicated support team. Any time I have a question or run into a snag, they're always there to help. The only thing I can think of that's missing is that the overview screen for a course doesn't work for navigation even though it looks like you could click on a lesson to load it. Certainly not a deal breaker. There have been things in the past that didn't work properly, but Coassemble has always been quick to solve those issues, which mostly come from our unique use case. Dislike would be a strong sentiment to describe what I find to be "limited options" as far as interactive pages - I would like more interactive page options, but don't have any concrete suggestions on how to grow the collection, so this feedback is not great. I love how easy it is to build courses and quizzes, as well as track your team's progress on each of them. It's also easy to integrate Loom videos in the courses along with Guru cards. Additionally, because the modules are so dynamic, it has proven to be more effective in getting people onboarded - they seem to retain the information better through these courses instead of a long zoom meeting/training on its own. If I add some material to a course and a team member had already completed that course previously, it will still show as completed if I add the material after they've already completed the given module/course. Coassemble has really made massive improvements on their software in the last year. They have created a platform where truly anyone can build an engaging training program online.
