After trying 5 LMSes - invanto, eLC, Kyvio, Tutor LMs, LeardDash, I'd say if you haven't seen the BEAUTY (UX/UI) of the authoring tools, quizzes, be prepared to be blown away:

CoAssemble is by far the easiest, most beautiful, speediest way i have deployed any lms. Onboarded about 60 students so far and pilot testing the speed, ease of use and UX.

Had some challenges with bulk enrollment. But support walked me through. I can batch upload email addresses according to their levels. The zapier auto enrolment via zapier requires a premium zapier account which cost would justify once I have more students onboard.

Email export is not possible but a simple copy and paste does the job. My workaround plan is actually build a membership site (free tier) and onboard them on CoA as premium tier - or the other way round.

I needed a training platform for my organization and had been a "learner" using Coassemble years ago. I signed up and was able to build out 12 complete courses WITH quizzes/pop quizzes within 7 days!! SEVEN DAYS! Prior to having Coassemble, our onboarding/training process was manual, exhaustive, and prehistoric. It is now an essential tool to our organization and all others within the company. As I am using this for internal educational purposes, I would like to be able to reproduce questions from my quizzes and challenges, for the end of session exams. It would be great if there were a place that saved all my exam and challenge questions (as well as pictures) to re-use later in the module or in other modules. While we are still a new customer (only a few months in) our experience in assessing Coassemble as a tool, piloting it with a small group, and our recent rollout has been awesome. We chose Coassemble because of how easy it is to use - for both the learner and an administrator. It's honestly hard to find something I dislike - but I will say that some of the reporting pages can take a long time to load. We are a larger-sized company so this may not affect smaller customers and I've heard they're actively working on an update. This platform simplifies my work - I love how I can share, and upload so many attachments, links, videos and more in every course. It significantly cuts down on the number of emails I have to send and gives my learners a one-stop-shop to find all the things they need. And it's so visually pleasing. Nothing so far and we've been using it for almost two years! Whenever I get tripped up on anything, I can usually find a quick video online to help, or the Chat function is amazing! The chatters are always so nice and give personal attention so you can learn and retain everything.
