**What do you like best about CoAdvantage?**

I find CoAdvantage extremely valuable for managing employee information such as check stubs, insurance plans, and necessary forms like W-9s and I-9s. I appreciate how CoAdvantage has streamlined our payroll process, making it both simple and fast. Transitioning to CoAdvantage from another platform was a smart decision due to their competitive fees and the ability to secure insurance for our employees at a lower cost. The platform excels in keeping up with employees' pay rates and simplifies the hiring and termination processes. I love that it's easy to fill out necessary information online, which eliminates the need for paperwork. Additionally, CoAdvantage maintains a helpful list of terminated employees, including their rehire eligibility status. The overall usability of the service stands out greatly, with its intuitive navigation making it easy to use and perform key tasks such as running payroll and managing employee onboarding and offboarding. Lastly, the ease of communicating with our representative when needed is another aspect I really appreciate, all of which encourages me to continue and possibly expand our partnership with CoAdvantage.

**What do you like best about CoAdvantage?**

I have been using CoAdvantage for payroll for 5 years now, and I find their services incredibly valuable for my business operations. They help us significantly with Workers' compensation and simplify the payroll process, which adds great value to my organization. One aspect I truly appreciate is how quickly they respond to our needs, especially when we need a Workers' comp certificate to secure payment from our customers. CoAdvantage ensures we receive it promptly, allowing us to maintain cash flow and satisfy our clients. Their program is straightforward and easy to use, especially when it comes to generating necessary payroll reports. The efficiency and ease of use of their platform make daily operations smooth and hassle-free for us. I am very satisfied with their service and see no need for changes, as they continue to meet our needs effectively. My positive experience led me to recommend CoAdvantage with a top score of 10 out of 10.

**What do you like best about CoAdvantage?**

I love that CoAdvantage handles all of our tax information, which takes a significant load off our shoulders. The management of payroll, workers' compensation insurance, and support is seamless, adding great value to our organization. I find their services particularly beneficial in handling these intricate details efficiently. Being a user for over ten years, I appreciate the ease with which we can reach out to our assigned representative at any time. The continuity in customer service is outstanding, especially with support available for a range of areas from PTO allotments to benefits. Their consistent point of contact makes communication straightforward and effective. Additionally, the software we use, Quantum, is very user-friendly and enhances our experience with CoAdvantage. I am completely satisfied with their services, as evidenced by my rating of 10 out of 10 for likelihood to recommend them to a colleague or peer.

Everything about CoAdvantage is so great! The only thing I can think of is benefits costs; however, I know it is across the board. That would be somewhere we would like improved!

**What do you like best about CoAdvantage?**

Kristin Koranek is my contact for payroll processing, and she has been an absolute superstar in every respect.  She helped solve problems / delays that I caused.  She always goes above and beyond while treating me with respect and humor.  It's a pleasure to work with her.  PEO companies are only as good as the team members assigned to you and I am grateful Kristin Koranek is assigned to my account.

**What do you dislike about CoAdvantage?**

Payroll reporting is lacking in terms of user friendliness and not flexible to create reports that I want to customize.  Not very intuitive and found it hard to aggregate payroll invoice information as an example to a yearly report rather than for each pay period.  I assume this capability exists but not very intuitive to be able to figure it out

Employees ask me for help and I do not have access.  Was told that we could change things for our specific needs, but that has not been the case for me.  Makes changes to employees deductions with out any notice to me or the employee,

Ease of use in managing my staff.  I appreciate having a person on my account that I can reach out to directly with questions or concerns.

There can be added details that do not apply to my business that I have to manage.  I find that there is lots of communication and that I have to determine if it applies to my needs.

Determine if they can meet your needs.  Having these services out of the office is helpful and you have a team there to guide you if you need it.  I find them to be very user friendly and it keeps my payroll process very easy.

Having an HR department independent is an incredible support for my business.  Managing my time cards, payroll processes, and all the changes to employment laws gives me confidence with managing my employees.

I am extremely dissatisfied with CoAdvantage’s service. Initially, the service was personal and engaging, but it has become cold and impersonal. Despite being with them for years, I find them uninterested in client relationships, which is disappointing as a paying customer. I was misled about benefits enrollment; despite having the required number of employees, I faced continuous unacceptable excuses, such as being labeled as too rural, resulting in significant overcharging issues totaling around $75,000. This consistent overbilling is frustrating and unacceptable. CoAdvantage has failed to add any value to my organization, offering no additional assistance or useful solutions. Their focus seems to be on extracting money rather than supporting clients, which has influenced my decision to strongly recommend against their services.

I like the customer service at CoAdvantage. My payroll point of contact is fantastic and so is my account manager. Anytime I need anything, they are there and respond fast when I email them. Specific interactions, such as when I forget to add something to payroll, Amber fixes it for me. Also, I'm excited about trying the new Mineral trainings.

Nothing

Please address the problem with sick and vacation time so that employees no longer have to come to me with their concerns about it.

I use CoAdvantage for payroll and inputting new employees. Their customer service is fantastic, always responsive, especially my payroll point of contact who fixes issues promptly.

Reporting - I wish we were able to create reports with any fields we need.
ATS, Performance Pro - is different systems - not always feed into the CoAdvantage and we need manually complete everything.

Excellent Benefits and Support. We are happy with our move to Co-Advantage.

**What do you dislike about CoAdvantage?**

We faced some challenges during our transition and had a list of tasks that needed to be addressed. Eventually, we were assigned a new account representative, and within 45 days, all of our issues were resolved. Since then, the customer service and follow-through we have received have been outstanding.

**Recommendations to others considering CoAdvantage:**

We are extremely satisfied with Co-Advantage. At this time, there is nothing we feel could be improved or that we find ourselves wishing for.

CoAdvantage has been a great all in one platform. They offer above average benefits for our staff. That was a key reason for using them. They are comparable to other PEOs in pricing, but stellar in benefits.

Staff is always ready to help and are extremely quick to do so.

Rates are competitive.  Website is easy to navigate, and I've had zero issues entering payroll.  I like to be able to submit payroll, then having to approve it.  I've caught a couple of issues between submitting & approving so this is a great check.

I've only experienced one issue with CoAdvantage, but I don't see it as an ongoing issue.  We have a part-time person who may not work for 3 weeks.  The system automatically terminates an employee after two pay periods without hours.  That definitely needs to change.

**What do you like best about CoAdvantage?**

The main benefit of using CoAdvantage, as with any PEO, is that it greatly simplifies payroll. Tasks like tax filing, issuing checks or direct deposits, managing deductions, and even shopping for health insurance are all handled for us, taking a significant burden off our team. What I appreciate most, though, are the people we interact with who manage our accounts. They are consistently responsive to our needs, highly knowledgeable, and treat us more like colleagues than just another client.

**What do you dislike about CoAdvantage?**

So far, my only complaint is about the change in the web page format. At the moment, it's still possible to switch between the old and new versions, but I worry that once this option is removed, the new format will become frustrating to use.

Be sure to get a list of your payroll managers and support and learn what their responsibilities are. They are listed on your home page, but does not note who is responsible for what tasks. Get a clear idea of the time clock options available to you. Our team members had an extra long adjustment period....although some caught on right away. If I remember correctly. we had several options to choose from.

Processing payroll, filing taxes, issuing W-2s, advising in HR situations, better rates on Workers comp, Better rates on health insurance and managing the deductions and payments for us.

At one point there was a lot of staff turnover and our rep was changing quite a bit. However, the team lead was always available to step in and clear things up, so that helped quite a bit during those times.

We keep our payroll very simple and all employees are salaried so there haven't been many issues at all. Having a direct point of contact for any issues is the most important and making sure they have a "can do" attitude without a lot of red tape and administrative nonsense.

The hiring process, everything is extremely user friendly.

**What do you dislike about CoAdvantage?**

We aren’t sent employees’ yearly W-2s, so we can’t download them and provide them to employees when needed.

They assist with ACA reportings and HR trainings.

I appreciate the wide range of useful tools available for managing employees, as well as how simple it is to get in touch with them whenever needed.

**What do you dislike about CoAdvantage?**

I don't really have any dislikes, but I do find that frequent software upgrades can sometimes disrupt my workflow more than I'd like.

COA has been handling our payroll processing for over 10 years now. I would definitely recommend their services.

**What problems is CoAdvantage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

COA handles various payroll matters for us, such as taxes, deductions, direct deposits, and audit reports, along with many other tasks that our current software is unable to manage. They also provide valuable assistance with Human Resources consulting.

**What do you like best about CoAdvantage?**

I truly enjoy working with Lisa Roberts, Misty Condello and Madison Maldonado. They are very knowledgeable and helpful and very responsive when I need their assistance and support.

**What do you dislike about CoAdvantage?**

The technology is lacking. I have shared these concerns with Lisa Roberts. Having used Workday, Avature, and Oracle HR products, I feel CoAdvantage's technology is not as advanced and is a bit cumbersome to use. CoAdvantage needs to continue to work to improve their technology for their clients.

**Recommendations to others considering CoAdvantage:**

As long as technology is not their motivating factor for seeking a PEO, CoAdvantage would be a great company with whom to partner.

CoAdvantage is a big help with our Workman's Comp, Payroll and Benefits
