Sometime I feel like the icons shd be draggable to make repositioning easy and I still experience hanging most times too..I believe it's not my network

I worked as a BIM engineer and Trainer for Techture ,here I am responsible for assigning works , project there progress and final project submittal by the interns and junior employee .So please help me out to use it in best way I can.
