**What do you like best about CM.com?**

I like it because that team CM.com provides us with proactive support that helps us at the right time. The app is easy to set up and use for the whole team, and they quickly solve all our queries. The team is also responsive to questions and problems, and helps to quickly move to their solutions if we need a quick solution.

**What do you dislike about CM.com?**

I do not see any drawbacks, I am quite satisfied, it would be even better, of course, to lower the price a little

**What problems is CM.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefit of this company is that when using CM.com solves various problems related to communication, such as providing reliable two-way SMS services, improving the efficiency of SMS delivery, the ability to communicate with customers in real time and offering a simple and convenient platform. These solutions benefit us by providing immediate response to customer requests, improving customer service, building trust with partners and helping to quickly identify and solve problems.

Sabrina has been so amazing -- she's gone above and beyond to help us reach our customer care goals for our company -- and with her help Robin has been an awesome tool for us to connect with out guests in live-time chats on their preferred platform which is next level :)

**What do you like best about CM.com?**

The application has been easy to setup, use and implement for our whole team. The CM team is very responsive to our feature requests and we have seen quick resolutions for all of our asks and additional support. We really appreciate the responsiveness of the organization. We needed to find a quick solution after our current provider was dropping the ball and CM helped us transition quickly!

**What do you dislike about CM.com?**

No real downsides with CM! Our only issues might be some of the carriers themselves, but CM has helped us so we understand all regulations to work through this.

**Recommendations to others considering CM.com:**

A great solution with a wonderful team; we've worked with other providers in the space, and CM truly makes us feel like a partner!

**What problems is CM.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking for high deliverability and ease of use to help ensure that our partners have trust in our platform - partnering with CM has helped reassure our partners that they are in good hands.

Sabrina and Evan are always ready to help and offer their solutions. They're extremely eager to cooperate as well.

**What do you dislike about CM.com?**

There was an issue when one of the employees who worked with our company accidentally quitted the company. It took Sabrina and Evan some time to catch up but they coped with the task perfectly.

**Recommendations to others considering CM.com:**

The guys know the job they're doing!

We're trying to set up RCS messages and are also discussing the email service solution.

CM offered us a practical and easy-to-implement solution among the different work teams. The few times we had questions, their customer service guided us step by step and helped us solve them.

**What do you dislike about CM.com?**

More than a dislike, we would like to see how you could increase lexicon processing according to different regions

**What problems is CM.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have integrated the CM system into a series of e-commerce; this allows us to offer an immediate response to our clients, filtering those whose doubts are easy to understand and focusing on users with more complex doubts.

Very responsive and knowledgable team, good sending services and good support network for their reporting and delivery.

**What do you dislike about CM.com?**

Their sending services are a bit pricey, but worth it for the 'white glove treatment' we've received.

**What problems is CM.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had faced some strange deliverability issues with our SMS program - the CM team was able to help us troubleshoot and solve it, and working with them closely has helped us to build a great sending reputation with the carriers.

Simple to use and the reminder for the balance running low

Cost per message could be cheaper as we sometimes get 20-30 messages a day.
